TO SEVENTEEN-YEAR-OLD, FRAIL-BONED, AMBER HAIRED CALLISTO AERGLO, constellations meant familiarity. They were constant, the shining spots that the little girl swore were made of glitter. They were her home away from home, somewhere she could run away to.
TO SEVENTEEN-YEAR-OLD, HAPPY-GO-LUCKY, GOLDEN HAIRED LAVENDER BROWN, constellations reminded her of the soft, kind eyes that made her heart stutter. They flickered in the dark sky, matching the beat of her heart in her chest as skilled fingers wound through her tangled hair, a sigh leaving her swollen mouth.
TO CALLISTO AERGLO, Lavender Brown was the equivalent of a black hole. Golden eyes sucking her in, the feeling of impending doom filling every nook and cranny of her being. Despite this, she ignored it, falling deeper and deeper into the abyss of the sweet despair humankind calls love.
TOLAVENDER BROWN, Callisto Aerglo was a supernova. An explosion of blinding bright light that only drew her closer, a burning feeling overwhelming her body. She fell willingly, leaving her heart at the mercy of a star that she hoped wouldn't burn out too fast.
