So, I'm home now. In this small, empty, apartment that rarely gets any visitors.
Depressing.
I often wish for better, but that takes time, and time is something I ain't have time for. It seems like my whole life has been rushed; being pushed into things that I knew I couldn't handle. I hated it. Nobody seemed to care about what I wanted for myself, so I took matters into my own hands. I graduated high school at seventeen, took a year off to work, and went to Aveda Institute while still working a job.
My parents wanted me to go straight to college after high school, if I didn't I would be 'wasting time'. Who's time would I be wasting? Not theirs, mine, and I'm okay with that.
So, I saved enough for a small apartment in Carson, far enough away from my family up in Lancaster. I moved around July last year when I finally got my license.

I walk through the door quietly to avoid being mowed over by my dog 'Mouse'. That doesn't work and I get completely ambushed. I just sit on the floor by the door and let him attack me with his kisses.

"Hello, baby did you miss me?" I cooed, "I know you missed me Mousey, oh yes you did." I said and he barked in excitement.
I walk to my room and set down my bags, taking out the wad of cash I earned in tips from the salon. Walking over to the closet I put the money in a safe place in a box.
I walked out of the house after that, only to get the mail and see of my check came in yet. It did so I told myself that I gotta go to take care of some bills later.

Ive never been a wealthy person , nor have I ever been without. Coming up my family has always been able to stay afloat with both my mother and father working at the same time. We lived in a semi large home out in Lancaster, out there the rent is low compared to Carson's thats why I have an apartment instead of a house . Im paying 1.6k a month but thanks to this huge payout from suing my last hairsalon for embezzling money from my check I can afford this apartment by myself .
