Black eyed boy

I was outside last night, it was a pretty calm night. It was a fairly warm and normal night.
I got a phone call from a friend of mine , I went outside to talk with her. I usually talk outside when I'm on the phone because I like to talk in private.
In the distance I heard a familiar noise.
The noise was pretty loud , but I couldn't locate it. I instantly had a extremely uneasy, nauseous feeling.
I couldn't wrap my head around this familiar sound. It sounded closer now. I was anticipating the sound and looking for it cautiously.
Then I realized , it was a bicycle.

Okay pretty normal I'm thinking.
Until I saw who was riding this bike. It appeared to be a small boy. About 9-12 years old.

This isn't normal where I live. There isn't many children , especially for the time I saw him. It's a pretty quiet area, not too many children.

This boy locked eyes with me as he was gliding by on his bike.
When I noticed his eyes.
I felt uneasy and a shock of terror swept through my body. The boy was gliding on his bike, not peddling. He was going very slow and his body was stiff. His eyes were completely black.
Black.

He was wearing a grey hoodie. His hood was covering his head.
His skin looked grey.

I watched as he past my drive way, his head was still turned.
I ran to my back porch. I didn't know what to make of this experience.

I still don't.

All night I heard talking coming from outside my bedroom window.
Each time I paused my tv , it would continue to talk but start whispering.
I looked outside, nobody was in sight.
Nobody.

What do I make of this?
Has anybody else experienced a black eyed child?
What are they?
Aliens?
Vampires?
Demons?
Ghosts?
