LIFE!
What is life? A blink of an eye, in all of what knowledge tells us exists...?
A flicker of hope, perhaps, in the warm caress of someone we share deep feelings for..?
Which like leaves, rotting on the ground after a seasonal fall, can fade away and die likewise, with time..?
Or maybe perhaps, it is that oh so special memory, where echoes of laughter, words –spoken oh so softly and intimately then, still brings a smile to our faces, when we think back on them –regardless of our age..?
Or maybe it is all those forgotten things, which we never did..?
Like as if we closed our eyes one moment, and when we reopened them again, to only query ourselves afterwards: Why didn’t I do this or that with a brother or sister or a loved one..?
"Why? Why..?"
And looking on your children then you realise: Just how precious this one word LIFE is!
Not to be wasted!
And certainly never to be regretted!
As after all, You, and You alone, are the sole Author as to how things are going to turn out...?
