It was a normal day. Everything would be normal. That's what Theodosia kept telling herself. She bit her lip, as she unlocked the front door, and climbed out, rushing down the stairs. It was her first day at a new school. Although she had lived in the neighborhood her whole life, she had been homeschooled up until now. Theo was 16 years old, going into high school. A real high school. Not just her mother teaching her from their tiny living room. She took a deep breath, as the school bus pulled up, at her stop.

Theo couldn't believe it. There were kids yelling, throwing things. Being as loud as possible. No one had sat beside her, and she was kind of grateful for that. Behind her and in front of her, immature teenagers were screaming, yelling curse words across the bus. There were couples making out in the seats, which caused Theodosia to shudder and look away. Sure, she had been around people her age before, but not like this. A group of boys walked on the bus, and started walking towards the back, past Theo. One of them stopped, and looked directly at her, before sliding onto the seat next to her. The other boys stayed and watched, all of them laughing, except for one. The boy who sat beside her, glanced up and down, as if examining her.
"Hey there... and who might you be?" he asked, a smirk on his face. He slyly moved closer, slipping his hand down to her thigh, causing her to jump.
"U-Um... I'm Theodosia.." she answered, her voice quivering a little, as she slowly pushed his hand off of her. The boy moved a little closer to her, and started to put his arm around her, before the boy who hadn't been laughing stopped him.
"John, dude. Leave the girl alone." he said, his tone joking but still serious.

He had curly hair, that fell in ringlets around his face. It was pulled back into a tiny ponytail. He was handsome, and his sun kissed tan skin was covered in a galaxy of freckles.

His friend rolled his eyes, and slowly got up, patting Theos thigh gently.
"Another time, baby." his friend teased her, before letting his hand linger for a while on her. He walked away, with the rest of the group of boys, except for the boy who had stood up for her. He stayed behind, standing in the middle of the aisle.
"U-uh thank you. So much." Theo whispered, as he came to sit beside her.
"Don't mention it. Sorry about him, he just thought you were hot." Phillip explained, biting his lip to fight his urge to say tell her that he thought that she was too.

Theodosia was very pretty, her smile was soft, and angelic. She had dimples, that only appeared when she smiled, giving her a child like appearance. Her hair was a nice brown color, that complimented her mocha skin nicely. She looked warm, and inviting. Theo was wearing a light purple top, that clung tightly to her figure, although she wasn't trying to show off for anyone. It was somewhat low cut, and showed a tiny bit of cleavage. She had on a skirt, that was a plain black color, with black knee socks, that went up to just above her knee caps, almost to her thighs. Phillips eyes scanned down her body, but he quickly pulled his eyes back up to her face, so she wouldn't notice.
"What's your name?" he asked, his voice was raspy, and welcoming, almost like an instrument strumming a slow, seductive tune.
"I'm Theo... and y-you are?" she noticed her voice quivering a little, from nervousness.
"Phillip. Hamilton. Nice to meet you." he greeted, a small smirk hovering on his lips.

It was in that moment, that Theodosia knew everything would change.
