Mei Terumī, the leader of the rebels, marched into the Mizukage's study. She didn't expect to see him there with a little girl. Not with anyone to be exact. Then the girl smiled at Mei. "We've been waiting for your arrival." The girl said. "But first introductions."
The girl patted the seat next to her and Mei hesitantly took it. "My name is Naruko Uzumaki-Namikaze." The girl, now identified as Naruko said. Mei's eyes widened as she realized she was in the presence of the Yondaime Hokage's daughter. "My name is Yagura." Naruko sweatdropped at the Mizukage's introduction. "My name is Mei Terumī."
Naruko smiled. "Now then, Mei Terumī," Naruko's expression and voice changed serious and just one look and you knew that this was no joking matter. "We have a proposition for you." We? Mei thought. "Yagura will train you in everything necessary to become Mizukage as long as you are willing. If not, you two will fight to see who is better fit to be Mizukage and if you win, you won't be trained by Yagura, you will be trained by the Elders and bent to their every whim. You can decide. But only one of these choices is the correct one."
You make it sound so dramatic, Yagura and Mei thought as they sweatdropped. "Well then," Mei said. "If I am going to answer to this question then at least answer mine. Why isn't Yagura trying to kill me?"
The question was directed to Naruko, of course as she didn't know if the Mizukage would lie. "He was placed in a genjutsu by Obito Uchiha, who was pretending to be Madara Uchiha, who is currently in the Akatsuki pretending to be a hyperactive idiot named Tobi who talks about himself in third person." Naruko said. "How do you know all of this?" Mei asked. "Because I am not your average child. In case you haven't noticed. I learned to talk at the age of one, to crawl a little over a month later, and then just before I turned two, I learned to walk. By the time I was four I had more knowledge than that of a grown Nara and I figured out who my parents were a month before my birthday. After that I went to train with Tsunade and Jiraiya and after I finished with them I had a few months before I could go out on my own but then I met Orochimaru and he trained me. Once I was on my own I ended up here. Simple as that." Naruko finished.
That's simple to her? Mei and Yagura thought to themselves.
"So Mei, will you accept?" Naruko asked as the lights flickered on and off, making her scary voice a little scarier. "I accept the training with Yagura. As it would be an honor. But what do you ask for in return?" Mei asked. "Could you try and make a Peace treaty with Konoha? It is my hometown and I would like for them to have friends among other villages. Also, I would like to stay here for a year to learn some jutsu and a little about how it is to live in Kirigakure." Naruko said politely. "I'll try. We're not really the best at these things, especially with our reputation." Yagura said, chuckling at his last statement. "Once Sarutobi-sama hears that I asked for this then he would agree one hundred percent. He always knows when I make a decision that I have a plan or something and I normally know when I'm right." Naruko said happily. The current and future Mizukage sighed. There was no way they would stop trying to get the Peace treaty now. "I allow it and I thank you for saving my village." Yagura said.
Naruko beamed and stood. "Well then! I have find an inn and get some sleep. I'll see you soon!" She yelled as she skipped out the door. She then turned and an evil glint shined in her eyes. "Don't get too crazy now. And use a condom if things get too wild!" She then skipped out the room as if nothing happened even when her name was ringing through the village by the angry and embarrassed Mei and Yagura.
