Naruko

Episode Ten

Naruko and her team are currently walking down the streets talking about strategies for the Chūnin Exams. No, they haven't gotten their slips yet but Naruko informed them of the exams beforehand. This way, they didn't make a fool of themselves when people from other villages came.

"That hurt punk!"

"Put him down!"

"You guys heard that too right?" Naruko asked her teammates. "Let's go." Shikamaru said. Naruko and Hinata nodded before they took off to the screaming.

Naruko recognized both boys instantly. "Konohamaru! Kankuro!" She yelled happily. "Naruko?" Kankuro and Temari asked. "The one and only." Naruko said, bowing slightly. "So where's Gaara?" Naruko asked. "He'll be here in a minute. This your team? Are they strong? How well do you work together? Is Gaara gonna have to kill sometime?"

"Okay okay! Yes this is my team. We are each strong in our own way. We work together quite well actually. And no, Gaara is not going to have to kill anyone." Naruko answered.

She looked up to a branch where Sasuke was sitting. "And in three, two, one." She said before she launched herself at the newly arrived Gaara. They both fell. "How are you?" Naruko and Gaara asked at the same time. "You first." They said simultaneously. They blushed when they heard Temari and Kankuro laughing at them.

"Anyways... I'm fine, you?" Naruko asked. Gaara nodded, an indication that he too was fine. "You guys staying at an inn?" Naruko asked. Gaara nodded once more. "No need! You can stay at my compound!" Naruko said add she helped him up.

"Naruko-baka! How come we've never been to your compound?!" A certain pink haired banshee screeched. "Oh dear." Shikamaru said. "When the banshee screams..." Hinata starts. "Someone gonna die." Naruko finished. Their eyes widened.

"No! I don't wanna die!"

"The world is ending!"

"Kill the banshee! We won't die!"

They all stopped running at the last suggestion, slowly turning towards Sakura. "Kill the banshee!" Naruko proclaimed. Sakura screamed and ran.

"And that, my friends, is how you get rid of a banshee." Naruko said matter-of-factly. Everyone burst out laughing, except for Gaara and Sasuke, of course.

Naruko then grabbed hold of Gaara and Temari, who grabbed Kankuro, and Shikamaru and Hinata took hold of her shoulders. Naruko grinned before they vanished in a yellow flash. They reappeared in front of the Namikaze compound where Naruko led them into. Once in the living room, Naruko stated explaining where everything was.

"As you see we are currently standing in the living room. To our left is the kitchen and if you go a little further you will see the dining room. To our right you should see a door, looking past this door is a hallway, in this hallway there are plenty of rooms where weapons are stored and at the end of the hallway is the library as well as the battle strategy room. In the northern side of the room is another door, past this door is the stairs. Going up these stairs you should see a hallway filled with many doors. These doors contain the guest rooms and the guest bathrooms. Up another flight of stairs is the main bedrooms where we will all stay. Those rooms should be built to all of your liking. There should be another flight of stairs that should lead to the pool room, another flight of stairs that leads to the indoor training grounds for when it is too cold for us to go outdoors to train, and then another flight of stairs that leads to the roof that holds a garden as well as a balcony to look over the village. To the northeast, between the kitchen and the staircase door is another hallway that leads to the door for the training grounds and finally, to the northwest between the staircase door and the weapons door is the door that leads to the backyard. She got a hit to the head for the last comment but other than that she was praised for remembering all of that. "What?" Asked Naruko. "I was just reading off the scroll, I don't know what y'all are doing."

"Smartass." Hinata mumbled under her breath. Yes, everyone. Hinata has gotten over her shy phase and Naruko has talked about getting someone older than Hinata to train with. Naruko explained to Hiashi that Hinata didn't want to hurt her younger sister and therefore lost each spar on purpose. Hiashi, while surprised, agreed to giving Hinata someone older to spar against. Hinata got over her shy phase when she found out that the Elders were planning on giving Hanabi the Caged Bird seal and fought a member of their choosing. If she won, they would let Naruko take away the seal and they could never place that seal again. But if she lost, she would give up her title as the Hyuga heiress and be given the Caged Bird seal. She won, with the training of Naruko and battle strategies from Shikamaru as well as some tips from Hiashi.

As for Shikamaru, he's still lazy but not as much as he used to be. His strategies have helped with many missions, and he has gotten many more of his clans jutsu's. Although he is serious when needed he still thinks many things are troublesome.

Naruko... Well she's Naruko. Nothing more to say about it because you will see how she is soon.

"Now then, I'll show you all to your rooms and let you get settled before we come down for dinner and getting to know each other better. I'll have some others coming over for tonight and maybe tomorrow. After I show you around the house I'll go tell the Old Man that you guys are here and where you are staying as well as meeting with a family member." Naruko said.

She first brought Hinata to her room.
It as pretty basic. Her bedroom was made up of different shades of purple as well as her bathroom and sewing room.

Shikamaru was next. He has a bedroom, bathroom and a library. All rooms had different shades of blue.

Next was Temari. She had a bedroom mixed with white, red, black, gray and navy blue. A bathroom with red, tan, brown and white and a room with of every color and size.

Kankuro's bedroom was black, white and gray. The bathroom was mixed with white, black and brown and he has a large workshop for his puppets.

Last but not least, she came Gaara's rooms. His bedroom was made up of green, light brown and white. The bathroom was made of different shades of brown, tan and gray. He has a large meditation room filled with candles, sand and a small natural waterfall.

Once she finished giving them a tour she sighed before teleporting to the Hokage's office.
