Chapter 6 |A Secret|

           After we got back to Dom's I stormed into the house seeing Hobbs standing there nervously. He looked at me waiting for the outburst but I asked calmly, "what the hell is Stage 2?" He gave me a fake confused expression "what are you talking about?" I gave him a 'are you fucking serious' look. I opened my phone and showed him the message Brian last sent me. After he read it he looked a bit panicked. "Luke." he sighed "I'll be right back." he left to get something out of his truck as everyone was trying to figure out what was happening. "Scar I need you to unlock this." he handed me a computer and when I opened it it had a 4 digit code. I looked at my phone then back at the computer. I smiled and put in the password in number form. '7638'. "How the hell did you know the code?" I looked at Roman, "It's the same code as my phone." they all looked confused but when I looked at the file I was pissed. I glared dangerously "Hobbs." he tensed "What the hell is this?" "It's a plan for highly trained agents and friends to get a team together that can stay on call." I slowly looked up at him. "So everyone in this room?" I slammed the computer shut. It was Dom's turn to talk after he figured it out, "There's no way I'm going back to that life. My sister has kids for god's sake no Hobbs." Luke shook his head and looked me in the eye. "I knew you would say that but I have something that will change your mind. Scar, on the other hand, I'm not sure." I stood up slowly "There's no way in hell I would help. I was done with that life after I started it." I started to walk out the door when I got a text that made me stone-cold but boiled with anger. 'If you want your friends back open the file 'evidence'. I growled at the text and opened the computer again and did what the text said. A video popped up and everyone started watching it.

Brian sat in the chair battered and bloody, "Alright everyone I'll give you back your friend if you give me Scarlett, I'm sure you want your favorite ex-cop instead of someone you just met." that's when Brian's head snapped up "Scar no don't listen to him I'm fine don't do it." My fists were clenched tightly trying not to punch something or someone. "oh shut up." the man punched Brian and his nose started bleeding. Mia started crying and I couldn't help but let tears fall rapidly. Brian spoke again and this time the man allowed it. "Scar I need you to promise me something. Don't try and save me you know they will just kill you and I can't lose you. Whatever he shows you next please stay strong." The screen flashed to someone shirtless and hanging from chains while bleeding. I gasped with pure horror. "Surprise! did you really think I would kill your brother without having some fun?" he smirked, "oh and one more thing." He grabbed the camera and walked towards a room with someone on a bed. You couldn't really tell who it was. "The girl you saw die on that beach is still very much alive." I fucking lost it as everyone stood shocked. I ran out of the room sobbing next to a tree and the anger grew as I punched it.

Dom's Pov

I watched as Letty was still on the bed with medical things running into her. Scarlett ran out of the room trying not to fucking lose it. The guy pointed it towards himself. "Knowing she walked out of the room, You get me Scar or I kill all of them." And like that the screen went dark and I punched the wall scaring everyone. Ramsey spoke up "I can try and find him." I nodded to angry to speak. she got to work quickly as I looked out the window and saw Scar sobbing in a fetal potion with a bleeding knuckle. I walked outside and crouched next to her and when she looked up at me her crying continued harder as I hugged her.

Brian's Pov

All the pain I felt made me forget where I was till I heard "Alright everyone I'll give you back your friend if you give me Scarlett, I'm sure you want your favorite ex-cop instead of someone you just met." I snapped my head up to a camera. 'sick bastard'. "Scar no don't listen to him I'm fine don't do it." He told me to shut up and punched me. I felt blood run down my face from my nose. I spoke again hoping the man wouldn't hit me "Scar I need you to promise me something. Don't try and save me you know they will just kill you and I can't lose you. Whatever he shows you next please stay strong." The man stopped the camera and walked to the room next door. I was so tired I passed out with one thing on my mind 'Don't do it scar.'

Scarlett's Pov

After the team made a plan to get them back we headed out. I was to walk into the warehouse and distract them then get the hell out of there. What they did not know is that I was staying so they didn't hunt down my friends but I embedded a chip into the back of my neck so they knew where I was. Getting to the Warehouse Dom told me to be careful which I replied with "I will." After I walked in I saw the man that killed my family and forced me to do anything he wanted. "Aw scar I knew you would be here, though I'm sure they are currently getting your friends." I nodded "yes but I'm not leaving, just let them go." I heard Dom yelling in the earpiece that it wasn't the plan. "It was always the plan." I took out the earpiece and crushed it. Joshua smiled "That's my girl please come with me." There was a loud explosion at the door I came in and Dom's team came in and I knew what to do. "Hand her over!" I gave Josh a look and he understood I wanted to get rid of them. "I don't think she wants to leave." they watched my every move and when I kissed him my heart broke. I turned around with a look in my eyes that no one knew but Dom 'Im sorry but I can't have you getting hurt.' Dom's eyes shined with hurt but he turned around and left with everyone else.
