The Promise || Nalu Fanfic

•Chapter 3•

•Lucy's POV•

When Celeste pulled me with her through the portal everything went white. When the light finally died down I was in a whole other world. There were floating islands with different elements on them. Then I saw a huge island with a huge palace. Celeste walks me towards it.

"C'mon, Hime! Lets go meet the Queen!" She said with an excited tone. We walked into the palace and we were greeted by a maid.

"Welcome back Celeste," the maid says.

"Thanks Rin! Do you know where the Queen is?" Celesta asks her.

"The Queen is in the throne room, Celeste," 'Rin' says to Celeste.

"Okay thanks!" Celeste says before pulling me away with her in a hall. The maid looks at me and her eyes widen. I would of sworn I saw a tear go down her cheek. Suddenly we stop at two big doors.

Celeste knocks on the two big doors and we hear someone say "Come in." Celeste opens the door and walks slowly with me behind her.

"Celeste? What brings you here. I thought I sent you to look for the Princess in Earthland," the lady says to Celeste.

"My Queen, that's why I'm here!" Celeste says as she pulls me away form behind her. "C'mon Lucy! Stop hiding and go see your mother!"

My eyes widen. No...Mama died. I saw her die with my very eyes. "N-No...You can't be Mama..." I said stuttering from shock.

"Lucy dear! I thought I'd never see you again!" Mama says to me and runs to me. She suddenly hugs me and I start crying. "Lucy dear, you don't need to cry. It's really me, and I wont leave you again."

"M-Mama...I-I thought you d-died..." I sobbed into her shoulder.

"Lucy dear, I never died. I had to make you think I died so I could return to the Dragon Realm. I had to come here to watch over the dragons and protect them from evil," Mama says to me hugging me.

"Lucy dear, listen to me. I have sealed your memories from when you were here. Your father isn't Jude. Jude is your uncle. Your real father is Acnologia. I made him leave the Dragon Realm after the evil within him awoke after 400 years. If he stayed, the Dragon Realm wouldn't be here and he would be trying to kill you," Mama said to me. I was shocked. Acnologia is my father?

"You may not believe me so I'm going to lift the seal now," Mama said as she placed her hand above my head. Her hand started to glow and then I started to remember everything. I suddenly felt faint and passed out from all of the memories.

I woke up and saw that I was in a bedroom. The bedroom was bigger than my apartment! The bed was huge and there was other rooms connecting to the bedroom. There was a huge bathroom with a hot spring in it. There was a walk-in closet and it was full of clothes and huge dresses. Then I walk over to the last room. I open it was saw that the room was full of weapons and armor. I walk out and see that Mama was standing there looking for me.

"Lucy dear do you remember everything? And what do you think of your room?" Mama said.

"Yes Mama. I remember everything now and I really like my room. But why do I have a room full of weapons and armors?" I asked my mother.

"Lucy you will be training with Dragons, Gods and Goddesses, and Wolves to become stronger. You will also learn Take Over and Requip Magic along with a few other simple magics like Telepathy," Mama said to me. "We will be holding a party celebrating your return to the Dragon Realm later today. I'll let you get ready for the party." Mama then walked out of the room, leaving me all alone to explore my new room.
