Ponies trotted past me, and into the wooden double doors, which led to the main cathedral. Each one was wearing some sort of black clothing, that reflected off the light from the window in the roof, with a slight rainbow tint. All I did was sit next to the doors, watching as everypony passed by my blurred vision, not bothering to even stop to say Hi. Slowly, I brought my head down and stared at the ground, before sighing.

"Starry?" I brought my head by up, before looking over to the entrance, as my mother was pushing her way through the small crowd outside, before entering the room, and looking at me. "There you are." Trotting over to me, she knelt down, her grey hair falling into her face, around her horn, as she was trying to look me in the eye before she tilted her head slightly. "Hey, where are your glasses?"

All I could do was shrug, before sighing again. "Don't tell me, you dropped them again?" I shrugged again, not knowing what to say. She sighed, before standing back up. "Stay here. I'm gonna see if I can find them." She said, before trotting off into the cathedral, before returning a few moment later, my glasses floating in her magic beside her, before kneeling down again, and slowly sliding my glasses over my eyes. "They were sitting on a bench. Good thing no pony stole them or anything."

"R-Right..." I whispered softly, before bringing my hoof up to adjust them, my vision clearing so I could see things more clearly.

"Better?" She whispered, smiling softly. I nodded, and looked away, towards the crowds again. I could hear a sigh escape my mother's mouth before she pulled me into a tight hug. "It's alright. Everything will be alright."
