Naruhina
The door opens and revealed Naruto.
"Naruto-kun! Welcome home!" Hinata smiled as Naruto grinned and walked towards her.
"I'm home Hinata! Are the kids still asleep?" He questioned.
"Yes." Hinata got a little worried when he's face turned really serious.
"Hinata... I'm having an affair with another woman..." Naruto said.
Hinata fainted. "I-i just wanted to see your reaction! H-hinata! " He panicked as he caught her, Hinata then woke up and chuckled.
"I also wanted to see your reaction too Naruto-kun... I know you wouldn't do that!" Naruto sighed in relief and hugged her tightly.
Sasusaku
"Sakura..." Sakura looked at him confused.
"I have an affair with another woman-" Sasuke caught Sakura's fist that almost hit his face, he looked at Sakura's expression, he looked a little scared.
"While I do the housework and taking care of our child?!" She almost threw a vase at him but dodged it.
"Sakura! It was a lie!" Her facial expression changed to calm.
"Come here." Sakura walked towards Sasuke and they cuddled on the couch.
He patted her head as a reward of doing the housework.
Saino
"You're coming late today, is there a problem?" Ino worriedly questioned Sai.
"The truth is... I have an affair with another woman..." Ino's head hung low and smiled dangerously.
"You're sleeping on the couch..." She walked away as Sai panicked.
"I-ino forgive me! It was a lie!" He ran after her.
Shikatema
"It's late, go sleep." Temari said with her straight face.
"Hm? What's the matter?" Temari asked not changing her expression.
"Well the truth is..." Temari waited for an answer but didn't came.
"N-nevermind..." Shikamaru scratched the back of his head.
Temari walked off.
'I'm already too scared to tell her'
Minakushi (This wasn't in the doujinshi but whatever)
"Kushina..." Kushina looked at him.
"I have an affair with another woman..." Minato said a little nervous.
"...OUT!!"
In the end Minato was kicked out of the house and continued to live in his office still too scared of Kushina.
