Thou unscathed bride of quietness
Thou child of darkness and time itself
You live with us...
Quietly sneaking in the background,
Watching...
Waiting...
Wasting thy timeForgotten for a moment, as you make no sound to be seen nor heard.
Your agenda is not concealed
Your work is well known by all in the land
Loathed and neglected by many
But a blessing in disguise for some
Sometimes, in my dark times,
I look for you in the shadows,
In everything alive,
Curious to what I will find
Thou unscathed bride of quietness,
Is thy face the face of torture?
Or is thy face the face of freedom?
When holding your hand,
Walking for what destiny and fate aligned
There is no more pain as you take me with you
No more dark clouds to darken the day
And no praying for what tomorrow will bring
Thus yes, thou unscathed bride, when you call on me,
Into your open arms I will run with all my might
I will no longer neglect you,
Instead, embracing you joyfully I shall
For in this world...
I'm soon to be done...
