vampires secret

My name is emmy. Im an average 16 year old girl....well i was an average girl. That was untill my mother told me a big secret.

It was a normal day, i was playing out with my little sister mika in the woods.

She was so clumsy. One minute she would be balancing on a log and the next thing you know shes on the floor crying...wait..shes crying.

not again! I picked her up and sat down on a smooth rock.

As she sat on my lap, her tears slowly went away and were relpaced by small yawns. I could tell she was tired as her head startet to tilt closer and closer to falling asleep.

I decided it was time to go home 1. because it was getting dark and 2. because. I dont want to carry this sleepy head all the way home!!!

I placed her on the floor, but i still clinged to her hand, just in case she decided to run away.

Once we were home it was pitch black outside and my dad told me to put mika to bed. I walked into mikas bedroom, with her still holding my hand.

I places her into the big fluffy bed and kissed her forhead. I was about to walk out of the room but before i could she tugged at my shirt. "emmy..." she began "what if the vampired get me while i sleep" she said, slightly shivering. I smiled " i would never ever let a vampite touch my little sister" i replied.

A wide grin spread across her face " thank you emmy" she said as i closed the door. "goodnight".

as i walked away from the door i nearly tripped over the garlic she put near the door. I hissed as made contact with my foot...wait....hissed?

i never liked garlic but i didnt think i hated it that bad i thought to myself.

then i remembered, i probably inhereted the hate from my mum. Me and her always had a hatred for garlic, but the worse thing was that mika and my dad loved it.

Whenever they ate garlic infront of my mum she would go ballistic!!

Once she kicked my dad out if the house because he waved a piece of garlic in her face. God that was funny.

Anyways now that i stopped remanicing, i noticed my dad was trying to get my attention by waving his hands iront of my face.

'Is she asleep?" he whispered i nodded and walked into the living room to see my mum.

"hello mother" as i sat down next to her and switched on the telly.

She glanced away from her book and stared at me " oh hello darling" she said and carried on reading her book.

She didnt seem very amused, but i couldnt blame her. She had been to work all day and if i was the boss of one of the biggest corporations in the world. I would be stressed too.

It had been 2 hours since i had come to see my mum and i was still in the living room drawing.

I was about to start colouring the drawing in when suddenly my mum stood up. she looked over at me "Emmy.....its time"

I started getting scared.

"whats it time for?" i asked her...she seemed as if she was getting distracted. "mum?"

she snapped out if her trance and carried on speaking.

"uh..its time..for..."
