Natsu held onto his rucksack's as he watched the swarms of people before him. Many of them were his fans trying to get to him by any means and others were trying to get those people off. Even though Natsu had expected this when he had been told he was to go to public school, this was way beyond his train of thought.

He watched as a tiny man pushed through many of the young people and reached him. He had a jumper on that was a little too big on him. His face was either really wrinkly or he had many dimples because the old man had smiled at him.

"You must be Natsu Dragneel. Who am I kidding, the whole school knew you were coming by the news! Follow me, I'll try and make sure you get to your first class safely." The old man said.

By the way the man had spoken, Natsu had connected that he must be the head of the High School. The old man started to walk through the crowd with ease and Natsu stumbled every now and again. Either from his nerves of the remaining fans on the site.

On the grounds, Natsu watched with a proud face with every face turned into awe before him. He didn't want to be arrogant but he did like the effect he had. He had to admit that much.

Natsu wanted to be remembered in this year.

He wanted to become known for some reason other than his fame but what else did he have to offer? His looks were by chance and his fame was by choice. But there was nothing else worth remembering about him, was there?

Just an empty shell carved by the ocean.

His eyes caught onto a black object not that far away. It was a camera he was used to. Even from the distance he could spot every button and curve on it. He even had the time to notice the creamy hands holding the camera.

The nails were not too short or too long and they seemed to know what to do with the camera. Natsu's eyes travelled up along the figure's arm. A tattoo on one of her hands connecting to the wrist. The arms were thin and no hair in sight.

His eyes went to the neck.

Her neck was exposed to the light and blonde hair covered most of it. He could see the start of a collarbone but decided not to go south with his eyes but up again.

It was a girl.

Her eyes were also on him but through other means. Her hands were near her face, clutching onto the camera. She seemed to be focused on him and it soothed him. She wasn't hiding to ambush him or taking many shots at him.

Just one click was all it took before she put the camera down and started at the screen.

Her eyes were a warm brown and they glistened at the fact she might have taken a great photo of him. Natsu felt a strong tug at his lips and gave in to it.

He grinned as the girl took another look at him, without the camera this time. Natsu could see her whole body from where was walking. She had a great sense of fashion and a magazine rolled up in her side bag with many other rolls of card.

"This is your timetable," Makarov, the head, said to Natsu. He held out a light blue shade of thin paper at him and Natsu gratefully took it. "I don't think I can assign you a guide because of reasons you know. So think of the student body as your guide. My office id C69 if you need me and your head of year, Gildarts, is the office next to mine. If you want to move into the dorms here, you can, but that is your choice."

His choice to make.

But it wasn't. He not only had to ask his family but his manager as well. That would narrow down his chances to impossible.

"Thanks, Gramps, I can call you that, can't I?" I asked him.

"Not very original since the rest say it but you caught on really quick," Makarov said before leaving.

Natsu suddenly felt the safe atmosphere around him fade away as Makarov disappeared. He could feel eyes on him but he did want to get something out of it and not waste it.

"Does anyone want to help me get to my first class?"
