Masks are what define people
they put on a show
left to die alone
I have discovered no one is true
everyone hides behinde a mask
or a fake them
they hide behinde lies
posted on their social networks
do you even know who you are?
or are you so tangeled up in your lies that your
lost
the real you has
withered
your soul ammounted to
nothing
you are nothing but
ash & lies
you said you'd stay
forever
I fell in to your circle of lies
only pictures of you flash through my mind
I loved you
I cared for you
all you did was pretened to be someone your not
the real you is what I saw
I tore down your walls
I found you
nothing more than an infant
a trembling infant
a sad scared infant didnt know who they were or where they were
the sadest part of this tale is I was not able to save this infant
it was clothed in lies and strangled by them
the infant lie dead a withered heart and soul
replaced by a mindless droid
the little helpless infant that I fell in love with is
forever gone
