Lauren smacked her lips together as she stared at the mirror before her, dragging her hands up and down the silky fabric she had selected for this particular day, white, a gesture of purity?

Camila likes me in white and silk, I can't go wrong really? Can I? I guess the added lace could be off putting? But it's a healthy mix of the two, it's not too out there either, I won't be upstaging my bride that's for sure.

"I can't tell if that's genuine fear on your face or not? If it is stop, not only do you have another month to go, you look drop dead gorgeous, and Camila loves you" Normani smiled as she stood in the doorway.

Lauren and Normani had spent the past few days at Laurens home, sorting out wedding things, suppose to be, while Dinah and Camila had made a trip home to Miami and then decided to sneak off to Europe after, and with Ally disappearing to Washington for a few days, there was really only one way to spend a girlfriend and friend, smurf, free week or weeks. Netflix and binge.

"Do you think she'll like this? We said nothing fancy, or too crazy, but I want it to be special, you know? You only have one wedding day after all" Lauren continued to smooth her hands over the dress she was wearing.

"OK, stop it" Normani grasped Laurens hands, squeezing them tightly "Everything that has been sorted is brilliant, I'm jealous, honestly, you've come up with a fantastic day so far, and you've included what she has specifically asked for, and let's also remember she's a princess after all, nothing is ever too crazy or fancy" Normani let her smile settle on her lips as Lauren returned the smile.

Lauren as grateful as ever for her best friend. The one person, aside from Camila, who could fill her back up with reassurance and joy, remove all the doubt.

"You're taking too long! It's a simple choice Mila, make it already" Dinah yelled from outside the dressing room, tapping her foot impatiently, waiting for Camila to emerge from her hiding place.

"Oh is it? Just wait until you get married, I'm going to have a ball with the way you'll go on, we'll have a fucking shoe collection for your wedding, outfit changes, you name it!" Camila yanked open the door in frustration, coming face to face with the ever impatient Dinah.

When Dinahs eyes locked on Camilas dress, the  millionth dress the older girl had tried on in the space of an hour, the younger ones face softened, the annoyances washed away at the sight of her best friend. She nodded swiftly in approval, left speechless by the sight before her.

"Good? Bad?" Camila pulled her bottom lip between her teeth, anxious for the answer, she liked the dress, she knew Lauren liked it, Lauren had said yes to nearly everything Camila had showed her online, all be it, this one wasn't one of them, it came close to a few, besides if Lauren doesn't like it for some obscure reason, she can always take it off me.

"Earth to Camila? You look gorgeous!" Dinah yelled for the second time, with Camila now coming out of her thoughts of Lauren and the lack of clothing "Gorgeous even when you're fantasising, I hear that's quite a task" the younger girl nudged her friend as the older girls cheeks grew crimson, earning a brief nod and a moment of silent acceptance, Camila decided the dress was the one.

The silk undercarriage, it was backless, with the lace coming over her shoulders and the silk cascading down the back, crisp white, perfect.
