Chapter 3

So uhm I'm sorry for not updating so long I'm having doubts really I'm feeling stupid that my book might not be that interesting but with some boosts from my conscience I'm happy to say that I'm back this chapter will be awesome I'm hoping

He grabs me by the hair "u really think you're so pretty huh priti?" He punches me and smacks me nailing my head to the wall I'm sure there's a lump there already he chuckles and I hear the zip opening I close my eyes" ill make sure that you aren't so confident anymore you whore" he spits and I calm myself relax priti its happened before nothing new it'll be over in a few minutes ok?

I shoot out from bed panting heavily,I look at my watch
04:26 I recall the nightmare and immediately tears come to my eyes I hate it,hate feeling so weak i go to the bathroom and look in the mirror im really not pretty with my long black wavy hair and my pale skin I'm not a sight to see my lips apart and my eyes red and puffy my hands go to my throat and I remember him and his hands all over me and the first tear falls no,I won't let him win this time!I'm done crying I wipe my tears and take a shower I make sure to stay extra long so long that the hot water makes my body numb and red when I step out all I see is steam everywhere thank God I really didn't wanna see myself again, I go to my room and luckily I still have an hour to get dressed so I pick out a floral dress going right to my ankles and a pair of golden sandles and leaving my hair in waves no makeup and no accessorys besides my chain which has my moms wedding ring on it it really means a lot to me this ring leaving it to rest at my collarbone I grab my bag and phone and head downstairs grabbing a oatbar and kissing haka bye after a 30 minute drive(after getting lost) i reach the school parking car far away from others to avoid attention,I head for my locker which is right on top of Ruby's I find her there staring into space so I follow her gaze and it stops on a really cute guy standing not too far away tryna open his locker while balancing his bag and two books in one hand,I snap my fingers in front of her causing her to scream and mystery boy to drop all his books he turns to glare at her and she turns beetred when he walks past us she hits me on my arm " what the hell did you do that for now he'll never talk to me" I raise my eyebrows at her I can never raise one which is so uncool I tried it once on my cousin and she ran away screaming that I'm having a seizure she looks at me and sighs" his name is Bryan and I just managed to make him actually greet me back and now we're back to square one again" so she goes on explaining how she tried to make him talk to her and after 3 weeks she succeeded I feel a little guilty but I mean come on if he can't see how amazing she is to talk to then he's stupid I made sure to point that out and she just glares at me and runs off funny cos we're going to the same class

Lunch came quick and the ninjas in my tummy were crying what? A girls gotta eat when she's gotta eat ok! So I make my way to the cafeteria grabbing a cheese and polony sandwich and a grape juice box and yes I'm still a baby at heart I meet with ruby who has a steak burger I roll my eyes typical we go sit at a table under a tree near the cafeteria and talk about random things I appreciate her being my friend and there's never a dull moment between us as we're talking about how stupid the whole maths syllabus is a group of nerds walk pass us and the one trips and then glares at us as if we jinxed him or something and when their out of sight we burst into laughter I really haven't laughed so much in ages for the first time I'm actually glad that mom and dad made this decision who knows maybe I'll be saved from my past demons the bell rings a while later and I go off to my biology class while ruby heads to business and at first it is awkward but then I meet a girl named Maya and we get along just great she's really sarcastic which reminds me of how I used to be once up one a time as we sitting our biology teacher showing us how to dissect a frog a boy named hunter accidentally puts the wrong liquid causing the frog to explode frog guts all over class Jennie the class barbie then storms out and hunter says something about being stuckup which Maya then snorts to" no shit Sherlock" the whole class then bursts into hysterics after school I find myself wanting the day to go fast so I can come back soon after I parted with ruby and introduced her to Maya looks like the two will get along just fine I make my way home taking a shower and changing into something comfy plopping onto my bed and immediately falling into a deep sleep
