Her Apologies

{Competition Acception}

I ran up to him and grabbed in arm.
Next thing i knew, i fell to the ground.

I hit my right side on the tracks pavement.
I looked at him.
I saw that his hood covered his eyes.
His face.
Everything.

He turned quickly away from me and ran.

Irena and Aria came up to me and helped me up.

"Are you ok?"said irena
"I swear, he hasn't act like this until you came back."said Aria

I stood up with a little of an aching pain on ny side.

Aria and Irena made me stretch out since they thought it was a pulled muscle. Which sounded hard to believe.

After a while, the pain went away and the bell rang for next period .

Me,Irena,and aria all ran to the locker room,changed,and ran out the door yelling out our byes.

I arrived to singing class and surprisingly i wasn't late.
I walked in the classroom and saw Elizabeth and Ashley sitting with each other on the floor.

I walked over to them after i put my backpack where all the bags were.

"Hey guys."i said sitting down with them.
"Hey sis. How are you feeling after the hospital?"asked Ashley
"Well i feel much better than before."i said with a smile
"Great! So here's the thing. We all got tied in first place with those girls who sang amazing yesterday."said Elizabeth
"So since that has just happened, there's gonna be a competition. Even people who didn't win in the song project can join."said Ashley
"Also people from other classes can help you set up. Like art class,dance class,and etc."said Elizabeth

"So we were thinking that we should sign up as a group and win this. "Said Ashley
I nodded
"But here's the thing. There will be four days for the competition. One day will be one of the side singers,next is the other side singer, then the lead singer, and lastly the group's preformance."said Elizabeth

"So..."said Ashley and Elizabeth looking at me.
"Lets Sign up!!!"i said throw my hands in the hair.

We all went straight on to our phones since we were aloud and tried to find a song we will sing seperate and group,

"I think I'm gonna sing safe and sound by Taylor swift."said Ashley with a smile.
"Ok."i said
"I'll sing...Midnight by Beth Cowley  "
Said Elizabeth

I nodded my head.

"What will you sing?"said Elizabeth and Ashley to me
"I'm not sure yet. But it must fit my personality."i said smiling.

"That's fine sis. "Said Ashley
"What are we all going to sing as a group, and what will our group be called."said Elizabeth

"We could all sing... kids in the dark."said Ashley

"Ok"i said smiling
"What about the name."said Elizabeth
After a few moments in silence, a lightbulb went on.

"How about broken light. All our songs sound sad , but kids in the dark is rock and very bright."i said

"Sweet!"said Elizabeth
"Ok. Meet me by the stage in last period." Said Ashley as the bell rung to us.

We both nodded and ran out the door.
