"Rise and shine, baby sister of mine!" Roy shouted his attempt of trying to wake me up. Oh hey, that rhymes! "Seriously, get up though, you literally have like I don't know.. exactly ten minutes until school starts?"
And I'm up.
I hopped out of bed and went straight to the bathroom to get fresh. Afterwards, I opened the door to my own walk-in closet. Being the fancy girl I am, I picked out a cream crop top and a black fancy coat that'll drape over it, paired with some black jeans and black boots. For my hair, I wear it in a half-up half-down style. Makeup?
Nah, I really don't have time for that.
All I applied is a matte nude color lipstick and then I gathered my stuff together, grabbed my backpack, and exited my way through the house.
"Wait, let me drive you!" Roy shouts as I'm about to head out the door.
I'm already gonna be late, so might as well.
"Alright," I responded
Then Roy and I hopped into the black jeep and got to moving.

"No trouble," Roy said as I got out of the car. "Got it?"
"I already know Roy," I said, laughing.
Roy smiled and then drove off to who knows where.
I checked my phone to see that the time read 7:50 am. Crap, twenty minutes late to Mr Merlin's class is not good.
I made my way to his classroom, with no one roaming Rosewood's halls, except me. I entered the classroom to see several seniors shaking their heads in shame.
"Class, that's enough.." Mr Merlin stated. "Pass?"
"No, sir.." I said reluctantly.
Mr Merlin grew a straight stern face. "You already know how I feel about you being late, JD."
I sighed out loud. I've already had this conversation about a hundred times already. "I know, sir.."
"Alright then, take your seat please."
I made my way towards the back of the classroom--last row, desk number three, was where I sat. And no one accompanied me.
I was the only junior that was in Merlin's first period class. I don't know why, but I was. I had the same exact schedule with them too, us being an all Honor's bunch. So basically, I'm the only junior in the class of Senior Honor's 2017.
"Class," Mr Merlin started. "Starting today, there's going to be an added.. uh student, to our classroom, as well with the rest of your classes too."
I believed a new face in our bunch would be nice. I was kind of tired of being discriminated by all the other seniors.
"He should be coming right now.. oh! There he is." Mr Merlin pointed out.
Oh my gosh.
You have got to be kidding me.
"Students, this young man here is Tyson Woods. He did not graduate high school, unfortunately.."
With that statement, the room started to fill with murmurs of unnecessary phrases."But!" Mr Merlin cut in. "We will not judge him for that. As Senior Honor students, we will accept his failures and work hard to build him up! Is that clear?"
While the class said "yes, Mr Merlin" in perfect unison, I slumped and sank into my chair, my face dull.
"Tyson, uhm.. fill free to pick wherever you'd like to sit from now on until the end of the school year." And with that, Mr Merlin smiles and decides to start his lesson for the day.
