I was in another world, it felt like nothing mattered anymore. Just my painting. Just me and my artwork. I was in art class , we were assigned to paint a sky. The teacher Ms.Fox (literally the last name I chose for everything but shhhh it's ok )
was letting us paint whatever type of sky we wanted , like during the day , night, or while it's raining , evening, or a sunrise. She was letting us really do whatever.
I suddenly felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I turn around and see C/N staring right at me. My heart fluttered but I managed to say " what do you want ? " in a nice quiet tone. They looked at my painting, then looked back at me and said " you're really talented you know that ? ". I felt my face start to heat up, I couldn't help it they just complimented my art. After I snapped back to reality I answered " thank you" I glanced over at their work and said " yours is really good as well " while smiling. We both just looked at each other and smiled. They broke the silence finally and said " you have really beautiful eyes ". I stood there processing what they just said, I tried to speak but nothing would come out of my mouth. I had to face it, I was a nervous wreck. Finally I heard a loud voice coming from across the room " Y/N and C/N get back to work, chit chat on your own time " it was our teacher Ms.Fox. C/N smirked and walked away, we both had each others number already, we needed it for an assignment we were paired up for earlier in the year.
That evening, when I got home from school I was a smiling mess. Once I walked in to my house my mom saw me and said " Looks like someone's in a smiley mood ", I just laughed and walked up to my room. A few minutes later I heard my phone buzz, I look down at it to see a notification. " a text from C/N ? " I questioned why C/N texted me and checked what they wrote, I read " hey I was wondering if you wanted to hang out tomorrow after school " I jumped, then got myself together and replied " yeah sure :) " . We talked for a bit then I had to finish up my homework so I said goodbye.
Later that night I lay in bed thinking about the whole day, excited for tomorrow...
Okay I just had to say I haven't updated this book for almost a year now and thank you for all the reads, I'm shocked that 2,000 people would read this terrible book. But anyways thank you all and I don't know how soon I'll update again, if people want me to again soon I probably will :).
