Wolf In Sheep Clothing

One night Tony decided they needed a night out. So they all went to a local bar. Clint and Natasha were betting to see who could down the most shots, Sam, Bucky, Thor, and Steve were eating dinner and acting like civilized people, Tony and Bruce were talking about something that wasn't in "english". But as they were enjoying their night off screams went off in the street. "Can we never get away from work?" Natasha said as she pulled out a gun from her purse. "Nope, it just seems o follow us where ever we go." Tony said as he was busy calling his Iron Man suit, cause from the sounds on how terrified the screams were, what or who ever was attacking was big and scary. When they were done getting their things together which only took a few minutes they went out and faced their opponent. But Bruce stayed inside. When they saw their opponent Tony all most busted out laughing, almost. All of them stood in shock at what they saw. A wolf. The size of a car. When the Wolf saw them is snapped its mouth and grabbed a car and threw it at them. They dodged it easily. "All right, lets knock this thing out!" Cap yelled and they got to work. 

Clint and Nat were shooting at the Wolf to distract it. The other were trying to find a weak spot. When they eventually got it into a corner they made a plan. Clint had an arrow with plenty of sedatives in it to make this thing to go to sleep. When Clint was getting ready to fire the Wolf looked straight into his eyes. Clint was going to take the shot when Cap told him too, but he didn't he saw something in the Wolf's eyes. Pure terror and fear. But there was something human about the Wolf's fear and terror that caught Clint off guard. "Clint, I said shoot now!" Cap yelled again. Clint did fire, but he missed, on purpose. The Wolf let out a ear piercing howl and then vanished. 

"Clint, what was that?" Nat asked him when the got back tot he tower. "I missed." Clint said simply as he changed into civvies. "You have never missed a shot Barton." Thor said. "Sometimes I miss, okay." Clint said trying to get them off his case. "On purpose." Nat mumbled loud enough for the team to hear. But Clint was already gone. 

The next morning Steve woke up early and Bucky woke up with him for a run. It was like 4AM so no one was in the park. On maybe their third or fourth lap they stopped to rest. Steve was talking with his friend when he saw someone on a bench wrapped in a large jacket, not moving at all. "Hey do you think we should check that out?" Steve asked Bucky. Bucky shrugged and stood up and walked over to the person with Steve behind him. Steve removed the jacket a little and saw a girl, in her late teens early twenties. When he uncovered her face entirely her eyes opened. She looked at both of them in fear, then her eyes burned in anger. She growled. Then when Steve was going to ask her if she was okay she went from a cold, helpless girl, to a Wolf the size of a car, the same that they saw last night. The Wolf knocked them both down and ran away snarling.
