Shayne's POV

I came into the flat and went to my bedroom. I quickly texted Keith the story and went to the shower. I washed myself and then got dresses into a pair of chinos and a red shirt with dots on it. I did my damp hair up a bit and put on some deodorant and left to see grace and Genny. I took a quick glance at grace and then looked at Genny. Woah. "You guys look great!" I said with a smile. Genny went a light shade of red whereas grace winked and clutched her purse.

Genny's POV

  We went into the car. I sat with grace, driving, in the front. Shayne was in the back and smiling. I laughed and turned on my tunes. Grace and I sang in the front the whole way Shayne watching us laughing. I felt an odd sensation when he laughed and I liked it. Wait did I just say that. Eww what am I bahaha I thought. He's just a funny guy of course I like to make him laugh it says something about my humour! I laughed at myself and continued singing. We got to a cute American dinner a five minute walk from the cinema. I had a nutella milkshake and a pile of chips with some melted cheese on top. Shayne had a burger with a Diet Coke and Grace had a salad with a banana milkshake. "How can you drink that?!" Me and Shayne said simultaneously I looked at him and laughed and he looked back and did the same.  I begged Shayne to tell us the storyline of the movie as he had already seen it. He agreed, and as he went on i got more excited to watch it. I sipped the last bit of the milkshake and then we paid for the bill. "It's easier if we split it in two and then you pay us back" said grace matter-of-factly. Shayne agreed and I was about to get my purse out and Shayne said he got it so I reluctantly put card back in my purse.

Shayne's POV

We all walked up to the cinema and paid for our tickets. Wha the people at the counter didn't know was that we had a bunch of drinks and food in our bags ready to eat in the cinema. We got in as fast as we could just as the adverts started. Genny say next to me and Grace sat next to her. I couldn't help by notice how close our hands were. We were watching a horror movie. I knew when all the jumpscares were so I was expecting them but Genny and grace didn't. Every time one would come up they would jump in their seats dropping a small bit of popcorn. Near the end of the film Genny clutched my hand. I gripped it back reassuring her. At the end of the movie both the girls were talking about the movie and I listened laughing inwardly at how scared they were. We walked home in the dark, me in front and both the ladies following close behind. I drove home as grace had supposedly drunk an acholic drink and couldn't drive home I laughed knowing that she was lying and drove them home. We got out the car and into the flat. The lights were off I went in knowing the girls were slightly further behind. I hid behind the door and just as they walked in i jumped out at them. I laughed at their screams and went to my room to sleep.

It was about two in the morning and I went into the kitchen to get a glass of water maybe to help me sleep. Genny walked in out of nowhere and said "can't sleep?"
I nodded and got her a glass out "grace fell asleep and I'm not sure why I can't!" She shout whispered. I laughed. "I have a to in my room we could watch a movie until we fall asleep if you want?" I said hoping it would be a yes. " she agreed and followed me to my room. I turned on netflix and we watched a movie. Halfway through she fell asleep next to me. I turned off the Tv and tucked her and myself in. As I did I felt her cold skin shivering slightly. I came up behind her and hugged her to warm her back. She wiggled into it probably still asleep. Her being next to me made me feel comfortable and I slept like a stone the whole night.
