Imagine you getting annoyed because Eren constantly stares at you.

Okay, how long has this been going on? Five minutes? Ten? Maybe even twenty? You never understood why you couldn't even eat lunch in peace, but that is just a risk you had to make. You did, after all, join these people so you could help eliminate the titan race; peace was not allowed when you consent to join something like that.

Even though the boisterous display was bothersome the thing that aggravated you the most was the fact that Eren Jaeger was staring at you for the entire duration of this. Honestly, wasn't there anything better for him to do, like fight with horse-face or something? It would cause the noise to drastically increase, it would not be enjoyable, for you could feel your patience running thin, but that would be much better than the holes Eren was drilling into your back.

"Okay!" You slammed your hands on your table as you shot up. A deep red coated your features and a vein seemed to be popping from your neck. "Can all of you guys just please shut up! Day in and day out all you guys do is fight and yell, honestly! I'm pretty sick of it! And you! Jaeger! Can you stop staring at me!"

"What's up with all this noise!" It seems you chose a bad time to act up, Shadis just so happened to be walking by when your yelling began. How cliché....

You swiftly positioned yourself in a salute, you right arm over your chest while your left fell over the small of your back, "Shadis sir! Everyone is making quite the distraction, which is turning various people's attention from their meals! And Jaeger keeps staring at me...." you murmured the last part to yourself.

"(L/n)! Soldiers don't mumble! What did you say!" He screamed, allowing flecks of saliva to land onto your face.

"Jaeger keeps staring at me! It is rather bothersome!" You shouted with the same passion coating your tone.

From your standing position you saw Eren give you a small glare before defiantly mouthing 'no I wasn't'. Furious, you retaliated with 'liar! I felt it!'.

"Jaeger! (L/n)! Stop mouthing your love to each other and run fifteen laps!" Shadis motioned to the door, and with a sneer, you and Eren stepped out of the mess hall and began sprinting around the track.

Everything was going fine, until you felt Eren staring at you again.
