You groaned while rubbing your eyes as you sat up. All you could remember was going on that mission where Rin and Obito had died.
-Flashback-
You stayed to kill the rest of the enemy ninja while Kakashi left to give the report. A guy came out and murdered all of the enemies. He then turned towards you and attacked you.
He seemed to realize you were someone he met before. He tried to heal you. He left after saying "Sorry [Name]. Take care of Kakashi for us."
You then blacked out.
-Flashback over-
You looked around in a panic as you didn't notice your surroundings. You calmed down as you realized it was only a hospital room.
Looking to your left you saw that the small bedside table was covered in cards, notes, and a small vase that had one big sunflower in it.
You smiled. Sunflowers. Your favorite. You picked up one small piece of paper and read it.
How sweet.
The rest of your days in the hospital consisted of eating, reading notes, sleeping, and trying to figure out who left the notes.
