It was closing in on 2am on our three month anniversary and we argued twice.
We've never argued before.
It wasn't even verbal.
Because it wasnt at the stage to verbally argue yet.
I've been mad twice before.
Evidently so had you.
Twice.
But the difference was clear.
Because mine was out on the table,
And your's was buried under tax paper's.
While the papers were picked and swept off to the side.
Mine hung on the fridge.
I argued until my throat hurt or my fingers cramped.
You argued until you opened your mouth.
You didn't feel the need to hang your paper's like i did.
Because tax paper's are important.
But there's a reason they're not on the fridge.
But i wanted them.
Because i didn't want mine to be more important,
Because i weighted them equal in importance.
And it stung my heart to think that you didnt agree with me.
Because it was one thing over the other.
