Ever After High: The Mermaid's Tale

Chapter 1: The Begining

I woke up at 7:00 am to do my daily routine (as usual). I combed my curly pink hair. I didnt need to take a bath because I live in the sea, remember? Anyways when I was done combing my curly pink hair I went to my seashell bathroom to brush my teeth.

"Meesh? Are you there?" My stepsister, Serina knock on my seashell bedroom door.

"Ah yes Ser. I will be down in a hex." I said.

"Ok." She replied and left.

I think you guys are asking who is Serina, right?

Well Serina is my stepsister which I told you earlier. She is a half ghost and a half mermaid.

How? Well after my father, Prince Eric, died in a ship crash when I was five. My mother, Ariel also know as the Little Mermaid, cried for like months.

After that tragic incident, my mom and my 1 year old baby brother, Philip which is the next Prince Eric, moved under the sea. Mom gave my brother a somewhat magic shell necklace so that he could breath underwater while me well I am actually the next Little Mermaid so I could turned into a human or a mermaid anytime I want but I actually prefer to be a mermaid because I was born under the sea which I currently live here with my grandpa, King Triton.

I was quitely shock because after like six months when my father died she actually have a new husband which isnt even a mermaid or a human, he is actually a Ghost! Yeah you read it write he is a ghost. At first I was actually scared of him but after a while I found out that he isnt scary after all.

When I turned eleven they gave birth to Serina but when she turned eight my stepfather died along with my mother because of an incident that happend quite not long ago, so now my grandpa took care of us until I was now 14, Serina also is now 14 and my little brother is now 7 years old now.

After I was done brushing my teeth I swam to the dining room to eat my breakfast. When I arrived to the dining room I already saw Serina, my brother and my grandpa.

"Oh there you are Meeshell. Come join us." Grandpa said while eating.

I went to them and took a coral seat beside Serina. We were silent for a while when Grandpa cleared his throat and started to speak.

"So Meeshell I think you now know that it is your birthday hext week, right?" Grandpa said.

I nodded in answer.

"And you will be turning 15 hext week to, right?"

I nodded again in answer.

He cleared his throat again, "So I was thinking you are now old to be living here at Atlantis I was thinking to henroll you to a school their."

I almost chowk when he said those words. Go to school? With humans? And be like them? It was like a nightmare!!

"Um but were will I go to school at? I dont think I know any school for me to go. Besides I am a fairytale child and I need to follow my mom's destiny. So what school will I go to?" I asked almost chowking when I said the words 'destiny'.

"Yes I know but I have a great idea where will you go to school." He replied.

I raised a brow. "Where?"

He smiled and said. "To Ever After High."
