••••••••••••••••

As they moved their bags into the hotel room, Perrie and Jesy could feel the changed air between them. This was the first hotel room they had since everything went down and they were able to just get some much needed alone time together. To talk things out, to possibly share some physical contact they've both been craving, to just be themselves.

Once the door closed, with some last goodbyes from their security. The air seemed to stand still, leaving Perrie with her hands shoved into her pockets.

"Well," both of them said at the same time, resulting into laughter. This led them to walk over to sit on the bed.

"I guess, we should talk. About anything?" Jesy awkwardly stated, she felt so dumb, what was different between them? Nothing really, their feelings had always been there, it was just made aware now. "I'm sorry I'm being so awkward, I don't know why. I'm not ever like this."

"Baby, it's okay," Perrie grabbed Jesy's hand that was resting on the sheets between them in her own two hands. She brought the fingers up to her lips, kissing them gently. Jesy could feel her whole body light up on fire, she had been in far more "intimate" situations than this but nothing had ever made her feel like this before.

"Pez, please," Jesy was begging at this point, she knew the other woman knew what she wanted, what was the point of dragging it out like this?

"I know, I just," Perrie set the hand back down, adjusting herself to sit more comfortably and notably closer to Jesy. Taking a deep breath, "I don't want to disappoint you. I know you have high expectations of me, and I just don't want that to be ruined and I still want you to like-"

Interrupted by the older woman, "you are my only expectation and if you don't kiss me right this mome-"

Perrie was now the brave one, brushing her hand up to cup Jesy's face, bringing down Jesy's tough demeanor with one simple touch. Jesy was constantly shocked at how easy it was to be shut up by the blonde. Before either of them knew it, lips were touching one another. A breath was seemingly shared, fluttering of eyelashes against one another, opening as they pulled away slightly.

"Wow."

They were left breathless by one simple kiss and once again, they weren't even aware how it happened but lips came crashing together. Perrie found herself fully on top of Jesy, her hands exploring every single crevice of her dear friend's neck. Perrie found herself addicted to the slight tug Jesy would give in the blonde locks every time she liked a kiss a little more than before.

Whether it was hours or mere seconds later, Perrie finally pulled herself away from Jesy. Removing herself from the straddle on Jesy's ever moving hips, leading her thoughts astray, she collapsed onto the bed next to her best friend.

"Well. I think we're more than best friends don't you think," slightly joking, Jesy spoke through a breathless laugh. In that moment, the two women found themselves making eye contact. Perrie quickly broke this by snuggling her face right up in the nook of Jesy's shoulder and neck. It felt like home, felt like she had even left, felt like everything that was bad and happened between them was gone.

"I still mean, the band always comes first," Jesy stated, to which Perrie murmured an agreement to.

"And we need to tell Leigh-Anne and Jade as soon as possible, they deserve that from us. We need to tell them."
