XVI.L E A V E

She needed him but she guessed that he didn't need her. What was this pain she was experiencing? Oh yeah, It was the simple temporary heart break. It would go away some day,or a year...or two?Devin would continuously send her messages and calls but she'd just ignored them.It was all his fault.

Devin had kissed her forcibly that night at the record store and though she tried to stop him,he just wouldn't budge. She wished endlessly that Devin would go to hell.

But what's done is done and she knew that the black coffee lover who sneaked his way to her heart was gone.He was gone.

A knock on her lonely apparment's door, brought her back to reality. Her reality was similar to a glass house. She'd judge within it's boundaries but people would also judge back until eventually the fragile glass house broke.

Until she broke.

Reality sucked.

She held the cold door knob in her hand and her heart beat faster each second. She had hope it was him,the boy who she had a strong affection for.

She opened the door slowly only to meet her disappointment.

"Are you okay?" Devin asked, staring at the broken girl who stood in front of him.He caressed her wet cheek with his thumb and held her hand in his.Her frown then decreased and her sadness was now replaced with anger. She pushed him away harshly, making him fall onto the cold hard ground.

". . .L e a v e. . ." she commanded,slamming the door shut.

and maybe Devin should go to hell.

Yours truly
