Chapter 6: a new start

I felt a rush of heat hit me as I woke up that morning I suddenly realized it was Hayden. 

"Oh hey "

"Morning how did u sleep"

"Fine I guess"
I said as he was laying on top of me hugging me.

"Do you ever think that we will see people again Hayden "

"I don't know Emily , but we need to get out of this place and see where we are. "

We got up and began to leave our little jungle make shift tent. It was cold and foggy out but also humid at the same time it was very strange weather.

"Hayden uh do you even know how to get out of here?"

"Yep follow me I'll promise I won't get us killed"

We trotted through the jungle and soon we were out in the open. It turned out that we were not very far from the nearest road which had been deserted.

The cars had no one in them just piles of dust as if the humans had disappeared, in which they had all except the specials.

"Emily the seed it worked we riddled the world but there are only a few people left on the globe now"

"Hayden I'm scared I don't know what to do"

"Emily I will not leave you I will always be here, I have always had your back and you have had mine, I can promise you one thing I will NOT leave you"

"Thanks Hayden:)"
I smiled and kissed his cheek. Then we started walking and just walked until we got to the nearest music place.

We walked in and noticed there were a few musicians whom we were happy to see considering we were all alone.

"Hello I see you have survived the seed. We are here to help and how can we help"

"Uh ya me and my.. my .. girlfriend actually found the seed"
I was happy Hayden said girlfriend it made my heart melt

"You YOU found the seed. That's incredible thank you so so so much you saved us all"

"Yes we need help we don't know anything about what the prophecy says about the after mass"

"Well the old saying goes like this :

When the seed gets planted
A light will shine
A light no human has ever seen
It will rid the world
Of all but one
The specials will rule
With kindness and love
They will teach their songs
Rebirth and all
The specials will rule
Once again with love

It has to go like that he said so"

"Ok thank you sir"

"Hayden how will we rule the world if their are only a few people on the planet"

"I dunno Em but for now let's get back to some house and get some sleep"

We found a house not to far from the music place and spent the night there. I layed in bed with Hayden's arms around me and he just sang to me. I never realized how beautiful his voice was and I fell asleep just like that. 

I woke up from a terrible dream in the middle of the night in which was about my so called family and which resulted in me crying. 

"Em, EM"

"Hayden it's ok I guess I'm scared ". I said trailing off and crying again

"Emily it's ok, I love you now let's go back to sleep I'm right here ok"
