Okay....depressing title, I know.
I was watching I Am Jazz, a show about a transgender teen on my computer. I felt like I could relate to her! When my dad came home, he laughed at my computer and said. "Son, you shouldn't be watching this Tranny freak!"
I was about to cry. I honestly wanted to slap him across his face. How could he say that!?
I argued that Jazz wasn't a freak and that she was an amazing girl. Guess what?
Dad thought I was joking! He slapped me on the back and said, "You are hilarious Jake! Unless this..." he sneers at my screen...."thing."
I WILL MURDER YOU IN YOUR SLEEP AND SHOVE A GLASS BOTTLE DOWN YOUR THROAT!!!!!

I just ran to my room and started crying. My older brother and sister hung out with me.
I am sobbing as I wrote this because I just can't believe my dad. Who would have thought he was transphobic!?
