I often wonder whether my life will be an amazing one filled with adventure and fun memories or a really sad and depressing one filled with regrets and unfulfilled dreams. I can definitely say that I've made quite a lot of mistakes in my life, so while I figure out what I wanna do with my future, why don't I invite you guys to read and learn from my life and from my mistakes ? It could be like a support group thing or something similar to that. Before I get started with unleashing my deepest darkest secrets and memories I've repressed for so long, I think it's proper that I introduce myself.

Hi, It's Alissa, Alissa Farcal, don't adjust any device you're using because you actually have to read this and I won't narrate it out loud for ya. Sorry, no tapes this time. Don't worry, this isn't a goodbye message, I'm just a sixteen year old girl in love with movie, series, and song references. I have had quite a lot of style and music taste changes. I went from being an obsessive fan-girl to being a person with a varied taste in music, and I'm quite proud of myself for that. There might not seem to be a lot going on about me, but that's because I haven't started to tell you my story. This is just an introduction to prepare you for the roller-coaster that I find myself calling "my life".

If i want to do this right, I might as well start with the very beginning, I think that's a very good place to start. Of course I'm not gonna tell you about me as a baby, that would be too embarrassing, I'll save those stories for my parents to tell my future husband if someone ever decides to marry me. It all started on April 24th 2001, that's when I made the mistake of coming out of the womb. My family was quite big, considering we were living in a three-room flat, while we were a total of eight people. Even though my cousin was born first, I was supposed to be older, because he was born earlier due to some complications. Anyways, after I turned two, my mom decided that it would be a great idea for us to move away and live in a small village. I have so many great memories in that village at the end of the world. Well it wasn't quite at the end of the world, but you get my point, we were quite far away from the city, which caused my relatives from the city to not visit us. In that village, which for privacy purposes, shall remain unnamed, I made a friend, we met a few days after I moved and we instantly bonded. We would not want to leave each other's side. Along the years, I was always amazed by all the stuff she was getting, but especially by the fact that she had a younger sister. I wanted someone to play with as well, so I asked my parents for a little sister. And so it happened that on April 16th 2005, my brother was born. Sadly there was no return policy. I learned to love him and soon we all began playing, he was the main attraction, because he was the youngest and it was fun to play dress-up. Mom said I was always an adventurous girl, which is quite hard to believe since I'm a sloth. I remember wanting to join a circus and try to train my dog so he could perform with me. I would always arrange shows for all our parents and our neighbors in front of my house. I was always the leader, because I was older than everyone else. But I always made sure that everyone felt included. I wish I could tell you guys more, but I guess you'll have to wait until I stop from procrastinating again and realize that I have to write a new chapter.
