The First Rehearsal (Kind of)

(I skipped to when Riele and Ella go to their first rehearsal.)

JACE POV
Ughhh. I don't feel like going to rehearsal. I'd rather just sleep in. But at least I didn't have to worry about Isabela anymore. She was the worst.

"Morning Jace!" Riele said walking towards me

"Hey Riele! Ready for your first rehearsal as a company member?" I asked

"I'm more nervous than excited. What if people don't like me?"

"I'm sure they'll like you. I like you."

Waittt. Hold up....Did I just say that?

RIELE POV
Did he just say that he liked me?!

"Uhh I meant I like you as a friend. Totally not like like you. Haha...." Jace's face was slowly turning red

He's so cute when he blushed. No Riele. Stop it. You're here to work, not flirt.

"Riele! Do you have an extra sewing kit? My ribbons on my pointe shoes broke!" I'm so glad Ella broke the silence

"Ella, Ella, Ella.... what would you do without me?" I said giving her mine.

"I'd be dead." We laughed until Dan said

"Okay everyone! Welcome to our first rehearsal of the season! We have two new members, Ella and Riele!"

"Wait we were the only two members accepted?" Ella said

"Yep" Jace told us

Out of nowhere, we hear, "THEY GOT ACCEPTED?!"

"Calm down Isabela." Dan told her

"No! I will not calm down! I'm supposed to be the lead!"

"Well now Riele's the lead." Jace mumbled

"WHAT?! THIS ISN'T FAIR! If you all are okay with it, then you wouldn't mind if I quit this company, right?! Because I am not staying on the company if SHE's on it!" Pointing at me. Dang she's mad.....

"Fine! If you can't stand it, then leave! Your final payment will just be sent to you. You're officially fired from this company!" Dan yelled

"I hated this company anyways. Just you wait, you all are going to fail without me. Especially you Jace! You'll never survive without me!" Isabela stormed off

After a long and awkward silence, Dan said "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to call off the rehearsal. Sorry everybody!"

JACE POV
After the chaos, I ran over to Riele who was still kind of in shock.

"Hey are you okay? I'm sorry Isabela yelled at you. At least she's gone for good." (Sorry that was a little cheesy)

"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just surprised. Why me?" Riele looked confused

"It was because after we first met, Isabela got jealous because I was talking to a girl that wasn't her."

"Ohhhh. So I was the cause of her leaving?"

"No, no! Don't think of it like that. Think of it as you made the whole company less stressed." Jace chuckled

"Ok. Hey, do you want to eat lunch with me and Ella? Unless you're doing something."

"I'd love to."

So technically, it's not a date. It's just lunch with friends. Not a date. Not a date.

NO ONE POV
"So Jace...." Ella said "You like anyone else besides Isabela?"

"Ella!" Riele said

"No it's fine. And no, I don't like anyone right now. I'm not up for dating until I'm over the whole 'Isabela' thing" Jace said

"Dang it." Riele whispered to herself

"What?" Jace asked

"Hmm? Nothing, I was just thinking." Riele said right away

"Mmhm. Thinking about you!" Ella whispered

"What?" Jace asked again

"Hmm? Nothing..." The girls started to laugh.

"What did you guys say?!" Jace asked laughing

"It's nothing!" The girls said laughing really hard

Jace started to tickle Riele. "Tell me or else I won't stop!"

"Jace....stop it...... Jace!!" The two couldn't stop laughing. Secretly, Ella took a photo of them and kept it without anyone noticing.

JACE POV
I think I figured cout what Riele and Ella were saying. I was just trying to see if I could get it out of Riele. D*amn, she's cute when she giggles.
