Hello Grimm! Welcome to Watty Interviews. I’m Sebastian and it’s very nice to finally get to speak with you.
- Hello Sebastian first let me thank you for considering me for an interview and it nice to speak with u too. Kinda wanted to jump on ur back but that would be rude…..XD
Well it’s no problem Astor. So lest start by asking this. On wattpad your name is Astor, is that your real name?
- Actually no it isn’t XD
Okay. Well Astor is nice name, is there anything behind the name? and why chose the name Astor?
-Thank you and yes it is which is why I’m using it. But there is nothing really significant behind the name but it is a funny story as to how I came about it. So you know this anime by the name of Yu-gi-oh? Well in another version I think it was Yu-gi-oh XD there was this bad guy in it [if you consider him as one] by the name of Astor Phoenix. Liked the sound so I just kindly borrowed it. XD
Yes I have indeed seen Yu-gi-oh, can’t say I’ve seen any of the spin off series thought. On your profile you describe yourself as, I quote “I'm fun loving, crazy when I want to be, but don't lets that fool u I'm also temper mental very explosive. But other than that I'm a nice guy” which I personally think is very nice so what’s the craziest thing you’ve done?
- Thank you and what’s the craziest thing I have ever done….[thinking] God I have done some pretty retarded things in my life that I can’t remember, but at the moment I remember at the age of four I stapled my finger at my mother’s workplace after I came from school and tried to hide [no tears] but Epic fail in hiding it XD
Oh wow. That would have been very painful! Don’t think I want that to happen to me any time soon. I’m very interested to know how old you are Astor. ( and I’m sure some of your fans would like to know this as well)
- Actually to the few that actually know my age which is about less that 10 some where shocked because I can be childish when I’m ready, but yes they are very much interested in how old I am and I just turned 18 last October ( ^-^)
18?! That’s is indeed a surprise, I for sure thought you were younger. As you might already know wattpad is the home for many authors/ writers from all over the globe. So if you don’t mind me asking, where are you from?
- I’m an Island boy from the Caribbean and I can honestly say I’m tired of the heat T__T
I have to say, you are one of the few male GLBT authors I’ve run into here on wattpad. How did you get into writing GLBT romance stories?
-Now that is a very interesting, and to this day I somewhat hate my best friend for it. She would NEVER shut up about yaoi. You know how girls love their yaoi action right [le sigh] After telling her to STFU with it, so in the end I decided that I would give it a try it and behold I have written about 3 stories and some one shots on it.
That is hilarious. So it was your friend that got you into it. I have a friend like that too. She loves Yaoi. What about writing itself? When did you start writing?
-Well back in fourth grade I had this friend and we will always talk about writing and we would buy some folder leaves and write some stories ( ^-^)
