Chapter 17

It has been two weeks since the vacation to Thailand. Jimin was packed with more schedules and you were back in your workshop thinking about the big day that is going to happen in a few weeks time. You couldn't help but fidget with your wedding ring when you were thinking about the wedding. You were thinking deeply on what you were going to put in your wedding when there was a call for you on the phone. It was Jimin's mom. "Hello Jimin eomeoni." You said politely. "Hello Eun Ha, how are you recently?" She asked sweetly.  " I am fine, my work is alright." You replied. "That's good. Oh, the wedding invitations has been printed out. The man had just delivered the stack to my house would you like to come and fetch it?" She asked. "Of course, I would be going over right now, about 15 minutes I would be able to reach your house." You said. "Alright. Don't rush yourself and drive carefully." She said before hanging up the Call. You knew Jimin's mother since your freshman years in collage. Since both of your parents are always flying overseas for work, Jimin's mom was always concern about you and threat you like a daughter of her own.
You finally reached Jimin's parents house. You knocked onto the door as Jimin's mom opened up welcoming you inside. "Eomeni, I am here." You said as you entered the house. "You look even prettier since the last time I saw you. I believe that the soup that I made for you has been showing some effects on your skin." She said happily as she escorted you into the living room. "Yes my skin condition has improve and it's much smoother and moist." You said. "Why don't you stay for a while? It has been ages since I last talked to you." She said as you held onto your hand. "Alright." You said as you sat on the sofa. "I would go a make some tea, oh I recently bought a few snacks that are delicious let me go get them." She said happily as she rushed to the kitchen. Jimin's home hasn't change a bit since that last time you were here. You recalled the first time you were here when Jimin brought you to introduce you to his parents that you were his girlfriend. That was a nerve wrecking day for you as you saw that his parents had stern looking faces but eventually they were rather bubbly and happy with your presences. The living room shows many family photos of Jimin throughout his life with his family. At the corner was a picture of his 21st birthday with the members and you as well celebrating his special day. You laughed as you saw his face covered with whipped cream and chocolate.
"Here's the tea and the snacks, I bought it from the market. The new pastry shop sells delicious biscuits. Try one." Jimin's mom said as she handed you a piece. You took a bite a nodded as it was delicious. "Where's Jimin's father?" You asked noticing he was not in the house. "He went off to find something suitable to wear for the wedding. He insisted that he needed to get the best suit for the occasion." She said laughing. "Eun Ha, thank you for coming into Jimin's life." She said suddenly making it a little emotional. "Jimin has always been a stubborn boy with anger issues but when you showed up he seek to change to be better. He is happier now with you by his side." She said as you reached out for your hand grabbing onto it and slowly rubbing and smoothing your hand. "I know maintain a relationship with him is not easy, especially due to his career. You have to be strong and be with him no matter was problems or issues may disrupt your relationship. Jimin is blessed to have you in his life as a mother I couldn't have been any happier to see my son marrying off to a women fitted for him and most importantly love him deeply with all her heart." She said. It started making you emotional as your eyes starts to water a little. "While enough with the talk, I believe that you have these invitations to hand out soon to your friends and relatives." She said as she passed you the stack of invitations. "I am waiting for the day to arrive, hope that it would be sooner."She said excitingly. "It will be , in a few weeks time." You said, drinking the tea before making your leave from the house. "Stay safe and be healthy. Look out on the road." Jimin's mom said as she sent you off from the front door. You put the invitations in the trunk and drove off back home to sort out the invitations.
For the whole day you were sorting out the invitations. You had to mail some and others you decided to drive and meet up personally to hand them the invitations. You had mail out the invitations and now the last guests would be the BTS members. It was close to midnight and you were guessing that they could be in the practice room since Jimin has not return home yet. You decided to drop by for a visit and brought some fried chicken in secret. You placed the chicken in a chiller bag and a bottle of cola as well. When you arrive at the company, the receptionist was a little suspicious with the chiller bag at first but after looking at you again she realized that you are Jimin's fiancé she escorted you up to the practice room. You were shaking when she began observing the bag and begged that she did not want to check the contents inside. She lead you to the room the members were practicing. You can hear the beat of the the music blasting through the speakers and the heavy footsteps that the boys were dancing to. You slowly opened the door and took a peek to see what are they dancing to. Their moves were big and ferocious but yet cool. You entered the room and walk towards the couch at the corner of the practice room. Placing down the food at the coffee table. By then everyone knew you were in the room but still focused on finishing the dance. Jimin was rushing and eager to finish the dance. Once the music ended, Jimin was the first one to break formation and came running to you. You knew he wanted a hug but instead you pushed a towel to his chest instead. "You are sweaty, dry yourself first before you intend on doing anything." You said. "I just want a hug, I know you like my hugs." Jimin said jokingly as he took the towel and place it over his neck. "Not when you are sweaty." You said as you handed out towels to other members. "So what brings you herein the middle of the night?" Jimin asked as he sat in the floor drying his hair. You grinned and opened up the chiller box taking out the box of fried chicken. "Wow!!!!!" The members exclaimed as they crowd around the chicken. "Shhhh.... not so loud. I don't want to get caught." You said taking out the cola as well. "This is the snack that we need badly, thanks !" J Hope said as he opened up the box revealing the numerous pieces of fried chicken waiting to be eaten. The boys charged in and each took a piece biting into it without hesitation. They thank you at the same time stuffing their mouths with juicy chicken meat. They reminded you so much when they were just trainees and how u used to sneak up to their company to pass them chicken and other unhealthy food that they carve for but not allowed to eat. In an blink of an eye, the box of chicken was gone and only left with chicken bones. The boys were enjoying their drinks of cola when you decided to take out the wedding invites. Rap Mon received their from you as he handed out to every member. "Your wedding is this soon?" Jin said looking at the date. "Jimin why didn't you tell us anything.?" Suga said. "We wanted to surprise all of you, I better see you all there looking smart in suits." Jimin said eyeballing them. "Have you both went for your wedding dress fitting yet?" Taehyung asked. "We are doing it tomorrow. It would be at one of Johnny's clothing shops. He was recently in collaboration with a wedding shop he said we could check it out." Jimin replied. It was starting to get late as the members decided to do one last practice before calling it a day. You were in the room observing their practice while waiting for Jimin to finish up. When the members  were finally done with practice, Jimin came running to you like a kid and tug onto your shirt saying that he would like to go home now. You can't help it and gave a nod before he took you by your hand and walked out of the practice room back home.

I apologize for the late updates are for the past few days I have been sick and was unable to write anything partly I was occupied with school work..... the terrible life of a teenager ( hahaha )
