Chapter 20

It was the day. The day where everyone would come together in celebration of the special event of your marriage with Jimin.
Jimin spent the night in his parents house while you stayed in the house of your parents. It is tradition that the groom and bride were not to see each other before the day of the wedding. Both of you were so nervous and excited and spent the entire night texting one another until both of you feel asleep on your phones.
"Eun Ha! I am here." Angie shouted as she entered the bedroom. You were up and had a morning shower. Angie had came over to help you out with your dress and makeup. "Angie why am I the one to carry the makeup box?" Min Soo complained as she struggled with the makeup box. "Min Soo! Wow you are looking beautiful." You said as you saw her bridesmaid dress. It was a dress that reached about her knee. It was pastel pink and around the hip area of the dress pin was a beautiful pink rose. She wore a flower crown that was decorated by tiny baby showers. "I am always beautiful. But today is your day. You have to be the one that's the most beautiful." She said. "That's why I am here." Angie said as she opened up her makeup box bringing out the brushes and makeup palettes. Both of them went to help you out with your hair and makeup. The first dress you are wearing today will be the first dress you tried on previously in the shop. You loved it the moment you tried it on. Min Soo had style your hair to braids making it a crown shape at the back by using half of your hair and the other hair arranging it to the side. She helped insert a few tiny flowers at the side for decoration. "This was a gift from your mom that she had mailed over from Japan." Min Soo said as she revealed a blue box from her purse and opened it up. Inside was a beautiful tiny tiara. With silver as the base and decorated with tiny diamonds. You picked it up as you examine it. "She wanted to put this on you but you know they couldn't make it in time to be here. She wanted you to read this as well." Min Soo said as she passed you a letter. You took it and read the letter.
"My dearest Eun Ha,
If you are reading this, it would probably mean that daddy and I have not made it in time for the first part of your wedding. You have finally met the love of your life and grown to be such a beautiful and independent women. Mummy and daddy are so proud of you for what you have become today. Marriage is a beautiful ceremony that both of you will cherish forever. I want you to feel special today. As you have always dreamed when you were a little girl, you wanted to wear a tiara. Daddy and I have searched and picked out the best tiara for you. I wish I could be there to personally put it on you. I am sorry for not being there with you, please forgive mummy. But I wish both of you ever lasting love and cherish one another with the bottom of your hearts.
Love mom ❤️."
As you read the letter you were starting to tear up. "No, no you can't ruin the makeup. I spent my heart and effort making you pretty. Dry those tears." Angie said as she place several tissue at the bottom of your eyes. You started laughing and took the tissues and dried off your tears. You passed the tiara to Min Soo as she placed it on you. Your hair and makeup was done. The only thing left was to wear the wedding dress.

*at Jimin's house*
"Dude you nervous?" Taehyung was asking Jimin. Jimin had been pacing back and forth in his room. He had already wore his suit and his haired styled up. "Of course I am. Today's the day and I am nervous for everything." Jimin said as he cupped his hands together as he continued pacing back and forth. "You settled the food, the decorations, the rings and the guests. Everything is in order why are you so nervous about? Afraid that you would trip down the aisle?" Jin said as he snacked on some nuts while sitting at a corner of Jimin's room. The members are there with him, trying to calm down the panicking groom. "I would be waiting at the end of the aisle not walking down the aisle." Jimin corrected Jin. "Even you pointed out the mistake, you are fine." Jung Kook said as he laid on Jimin's bed scrolling through his phone. "Jimin just calm down you will do great. I know it is scary but you got this. I mean we all have walked down a catwalk during our concert for thousands of fans. That's is more terrifying than walking down an aisle." Rap Mon stopped Jimin with his pacing and gave his shoulders a firm squeeze to calm him down. "Yah, your right. I should calm down." As soon as Jimin said there was a loud honk which shocked Jimin making him scream. J Hope and Suga was in the car outside of Jimin's house, honking signaling that it's time to go. "Mr. Groom it's time!" J Hope shouted as he lowered down the window of his car, honking to signal Jimin to get moving. Jimin got the signal as he and the boys got out of his room and headed out to the door to wear their shoes.
Taehyung and Jin would be taking a different car and all would be meeting at the venue for the ceremony. Rap Mon and Jung Kook went with Jimin into J Hopes car. Soon they were off to the venue.

*back at your house*

You were admiring the dress by your mirror. No matter how many times you saw the dress you couldn't help but give a small twirl. "Oh my goodness, you look amazing." Angie was shrieking with joy as it was her first time seeing the dress on you. "I know, I am shrieking inside as well." You said. You were getting more nervous as the time pass. You couldn't believe that the day is finally here, when you will be married to Jimin after all these years. "Min Soo is out front, we can go now." Angie said as she saw the text sent by Min Soo. It was time to go to the venue. Angie helped you out with your dress as she lifted it up as you walk out of your room. You were settled in the car as Min Soo drove off to the venue.

It is almost time for the ceremony. All your guests that you have invited as slowly pouring into the venue. You were in a holding room while Jimin stood by the entrance to greet all the guests that came. The guest were allowed to enter your rooms to wish and congratulate the both of you. You were happy to see many of your friends and relatives as they came by wishing you happiness. The guest were lead to the reception counter where a book of wishes was placed by the counter. Everyone gets to write their wishes and flip through some of the pictures that both of you took for the wedding. There were light refreshments and snacks prepared along with high tables as the guests started chatting and taking pictures with one another. The wedding hall was in preparation as the staff went to put on the final touches. Projectors were on as it showed a photo slide of both of your wedding pictures that were took by Johnny. The aisle was decorated with pink and white petals by the edge. The wedding hall had a massive shimmering chandelier at the center which shone marvelous as the light hits the crystals reflecting down onto the hall. The walls were decorated with white and light blue clothes and wall lights were in shape of huge roses. Seats were covered with cloth and at the back was decorated with a beautiful bouquet which was designed by you. The wedding hall is open. The guest started pouring into the hall as they took their seats. As they enter, they were in awe as they admired the beautiful decorations and the light music that was playing by the background.

*Meanwhile in your holding room.*

"All the guests are entering the halls." Min Soo said. You were sitting on the couches and was feeling a little upset. The time is getting closer and there is still someone that hasn't showed up to your room yet. You were getting a bit worried and making wild guesses that they wouldn't be coming after all. "5 minutes, you will be out walking down the aisle." One of the staff members came by your room to notify you. "Eun Ha, your dad?" Min Soo asked. You looked down on your phone. You have been sending multiple messages to your parents but none had replied back. "I guess I would be walking down that aisle myself." You said with a broken heart. "I am so sorry, I wish that they were here with you" Min Soo said as she grabbed onto your hand for comfort. "It's fine, it would be like any other special event. They missed out on my birthdays, my graduations and now ..... my wedding." You were starting to get a little teary but you hold it back and put up a strong look. "It's time." The staff said as she escorted you out of your room.

*back in the halls*

"Ladies and Gentlemen, may you all put a warm applause to invite the groom up on the stage please." The MC announced as Jimin got up from his seat and walked up to the stage. As he took his position, he stood their firmly but his heart was pounding rapidly in awaiting for your arrival.

*outside the hall*

"Miss, it's time to open the doors." One of the staff members said as you stood right outside of the double doors. You could hear the music and the people inside as they were awaiting for your arrival. "Miss? Are you alright?" The staff asked again seeking for a sign to open the doors. You thought that once you were standing out here, you would be alright. But it's a total opposite you didn't felt like moving, it's just not right. "I can't do this." You said as a tear started streaming down your face which you tried so hard to hold it back. You turned away from the doors, walking away.
