Over the next 8 months Rumple had managed to push Marion from his mind. They had a couple run in, but for the most part they hadn't seen each other.

Belle was due in a week, and they had to get ready for the baby. It had come so fast. They voted against knowing the baby's gender. Belle wanted to be surprised. Rumple wanted to see it. He always liked to have control over things, but Belle was carrying the baby. So they didn't know the gender.

Rumple was in the back room of his shop going through boxes to find a rattle Belle wanted for the baby. She had become very hormonal because of her pregnancy. So, he was getting her the rattle.

The bell over the door gave off a little ring. Rumple walked through the curtain that hung in the doorway between the shop and the back room. He stopped right outside the door when she saw Marion.

"Um, can I help you with something." He asked as he stood up straighter and walked to the counter.

Marion walked over to the other side of the counter, "I'm leaving town. I have a nephew. He had been taken from his parents and needs a home. I don't know if I will ever be able to return."

He took a deep breath before nodding back to her, "Well, if you must."

Then is one swift move Marion leaned across the counter and kisses him.

His eyes shot wide open and they both pulled back.

"I'm sorry." She turned around and left. Walked right out the door. He was never going to see her again and she just walked in kissed him and left.

He ran to the back room found the rattle and headed home. He should be with Belle.

When he walked in the door Belle lay on the couch with her hands on her stomach.

"Um Belle dear, I need to tell you something." Rumple walked it the door and headed to the living room.

"Yes?" She seemed to be in some pain, but that want unheard of this close to a woman's due date.

"Marion visited me in my shop today."

Belle's eyes grew wide.

"She is leaving town."

"That will make it easier on us. I know it not easy for you, but I'm sure it's better for her to not be here when the baby comes." Belle attempted to cheer Rumple up.

"That's not all. Um, dear, there was a kiss."

Bell screamed.

Rumple wasn't sure what was happening. His wife never screamed at him. This was a different situation thought, and her hormones. Then it hit him. "The baby is coming!?"

Belle shook her head yes. "I was. trying to. wait. for you. to get home." She managed to get out. She was in extreme pain.

"We need to go to the hospital!" She yelled.

"No, it's," tears streamed down her face, "it's too late."

They couldn't do this on his own. Who could he call to help. Surly not a fairy.

"Rumple, call Snow!" She cried being wary of his hostility toward the fairies.

Snow? She had two children of her own. Mandy she could help. He grabbed the phone and called Snow White.

"Hello." Snow White's sweet voice rang through the phone.

"Belle is having her baby! We need help!" The Dark One shuttered at the thought of asking Snow White for help. At least she want a fairy.
