Gumball smiled as he looked at Marshall. "I've won! You must now make dinner!" Gumball gleamed with delight. Marshall nodded, "alright. I'll take my punishment." Marshall smiled back at Gumball.
Marshall turned off the T.V. and walked to the kitchen to look for something to snack on. Marshall couldn't tell Gumball that he cheated; that would be cruel. Marshall shrugged it off and grabbed some crackers from the pantry. Surely Gumball knew what Marshall had done, but he didn't want to point it out to risk him being the loser. Marshall didn't want to break the Prince's heart.
Time flew by as Gumball read and reread his favorite book while Marshall was struggling to figure out what to make for dinner. Gumball set down his book and walked to the kitchen and leaned against the counter, "need any help?"
Marshall looked at Gumball, "no, that'll be cheating." Gumball sighed, "not in my book. I made the punishment, I can change it if I please." Marshall turned around to face Gumball. "You've been clingy ever since we played truth or dare. Is there something you want from me?" Gumball looked at Marshall, clearly upset. Gumball balled his fists and stormed out of the kitchen.
