Naina's pov

Yesterday was the best day of my life. My crush finally asked me out and today we are going on our first date.

My phone started ringing I answered and didn't even bother to check the caller id.

"hello" I said

The other person said hello too but the voice seemed familiar I think it was Ameer.

we started talking for a while until my mom started calling me. I told him I had to go but before I ended the call he told me he was going to pick me up at 6:00.

I had to get ready by 6:00 I ended the call cause my mom was calling me. I went down.

How many times do I have to yell at your name?

Mom sorry I was talking on the phone what did you need?

I need to tell you something

I was wondering what she was going to tell me. Ok go ahead I said now you have grown up you need to get married she said.

I was shocked no mom am not getting married now !

Why not ?

Are you scared that your dad is gonna pick for you ?

No!

I am not getting married right now and maybe never mom. I ran upstairs and i can hear my mom calling my name.

FLASHBACK

I got mad because of something that happened before when I was young . When I was six years old I used to be neighbors with Nadeem my dad's best friends son he is 3 years older than me.

We were best friend and we used to share everything together he used to back me up when I get in trouble he was like my older brother and I was like his younger sister.

So one day his dad came over to our house with his family. They greeted my family and I didn't know what was going on. When they left I asked my mom what's happening? she said nothing is wrong just go to sleep.

I was walking upstairs when I heard my mom say she is too young for this why are you doing it?

He is my best friend I can't say no to him Dad said this nikah cannot happen when she is this age though.

Omg I gasped that's when I knew Mine and Nadeems nikah was gonna happen.

Three years later my family was getting ready for the nikah. Everything was going good.

I haven't got ready but think God I already took a shower. The make-up artist came and started doing my make up.

When I was all done I went down and went to my mom and asked her when is the nikah gonna start It will start later darling but Nadeem is outside I don't want you to see him right now so go upstairs.

I went upstairs where all my friends were and my cousin's but they were only girls.

I checked my phone and went into Facebook to check a tweet on something but before I went to Facebook a picture popped out.

When I saw the picture I couldn't believe what my eyes saw. It was a picture of Nadeem and another girl.

Nadeem was holding the girls hips and she was smiling.

I didn't even knew what to do so I started crying and my friends saw me and asked me.

what happened to me i couldn't talk so I showed them the Picture and they all covered their mouth .

Rida called my mother but it wasn't only mom that came it was my Dad,my aunt,and Nadeem's mother and father.

They asked me what happened ? I couldn't talk because I was crying but I showed them the pic and they were all shocked.

I can't believe my son did this he told me he was getting flowers for Naina Nadeems dad said I'm so sorry my daughter his mom said and my mom hugged me.

My dad was so angry he told to show him this in front of us he told Nadeems dad to call him right now and that what he exactly did.

He called Nadeem and he told him to come right now so he came his dad slaped him so hard.

Why did you do this to this innocent girl ?

Why did you embarrassed us in front of everyone? This is not what I taught you?

Dad it was an accident I'm sor.. His dad intrupted him don't make any excuse.

We're sorry Naina his mom said and they all left. I was heart broken.

I never thought Nadeem would do this to me.
