Naina's pov

It was the first day of school tomorrow, I need to eat dinner and then go to bed. Before I could go to bed I got a text from my close friend Zaina.

"What are you wearing for the first day of school tomorrow"?.

I had my whole outfit planned but I'm not gonna tell her She can wait till tomorrow. So I replied to her

" you'll see tomorrow ",

after that I throwed my phone on the bed and went to the bathroom to take a nice warm shower.

When I came out of the bathroom my mom called me from downstairs and said

" don't forget to have your dinner before You go to sleep" i said " ok maan"(mom).

So I went downstairs to go eat my dinner but before I went in the kitchen I saw a guest in the kitchen so I had to go back upstairs to get my hijab(scarf).

I got my hijab and went back downstairs to have my dinner.

I ate my dinner and said my salam's to my family and went back to my room to sleep.

I was so happy for tomorrow cause I couldn't wait to see my best friend Ameer it was a long time since I seen him.

Before I went to bed I packed my things for tomorrow, so after that i turned off the lights and went to sleep.

It was finally morning and the first day of school so I got out of the bed, got my towel and went to the bathroom to take a nice shower.

So I took a shower and took wudu (Abolution). I came out of the bathroom, Prayed fajr (dawn prayer).

When I was done praying I decided to get out my make up set and started putting it on after I was done I got ready and went to my siblings room to check if they woke up or not.

I went to Alia's room first to check if she is sleeping or not but she was already awake and ready.

I went to Ali's room to check if he was sleeping or not but he was sleeping which he is known as the sleepyhead.

So I woke him up and said to him

" wake up it is the first day of school and your still sleeping" I also said to him

"if you don't wake up I will tell mom on you so wake up". So he finally woke up and got ready.

went downstairs to eat breakfast mom was already in the kitchen so I said "asalamu alaykum ( peace be onto you ) mom how are you". She said "walaykum salam ( and unto you peace ) I am fine".

"Here's your breakfast Naina" mom said

"ok"

so me and my siblings ate our breakfast the bus came so we had to leave but before I left I grabbed my backpack and said my salam's and then I left.

We finally arrived school I was soo happy to see my best friend Ameer so when I came to school I saw all my friends except Ameer.

I ask my friends if they had seen Ameer they all said no except Rida ( cousin and friends) I ask Rida where he was she said he had changed schools and he left.

I asked her "how did she know" she said

"I called him last night and he told me that he wasn't coming to our school and was going to another school".

I asked her if she had his phone number she said

"yes"

I asked her if I could have his phone number she said

" sure"

so she gave me his phone number. Finally the bell rang for the last period of the day.

The day went so fast but it was also a sad day cause I didn't get to see Ameer but it is ok .

Ameer's pov

Finally the first day of school and I had changed schools cause my dad had told me to but I will change schools back inshallah.

I missed all my friends especially my best friend Naina I wish I could see her again.

I went to my new school and I didn't know anyone from there.

So I had to stick with it. School went sooo slow for me today.

Finally the bell rang for the last hour so everyone went home.

When I went home I greated my family then I went straight to my room cause I was super tired.

So I took an hour nap after I woke up I got a call from someone I didn't even bothered to check the caller id so I answered it.

"Hello"

"Hello" the other person said

"who are you" i asked

"your best friend Naina duh 🙄"

"Oh hey Naina how are you long time no see"

"am mad at you" she said.

"why are you mad at me?" I asked

"Cause you changed schools without letting me know that's why" she said

"I will come back after few months inshallah".

"can you do me a favor?" She asked

"sure"

"Can you meet me at the coffee place at 5:00 today"she asked

"oh ok see ya bye 👋"
