Casey's POV
She was beautiful. Long, brown locks that cascaded down her back, hazel eyes, thick lips, caramel skin and the body of a goddess. When I went to the local restaurant in a small town in Atlanta, the minute I saw her, I knew she was the one. I'm not one to immideately fall for someone in such a short space of time, without even talking to them. I barely fell for anyone. But.. There was something about the way she sat there, so fragile yet sexy and- anyway.

She ate her black bean burger at a lone table in a far corner of the restaurant, oblivious to the world as she watched a video on her phone. She seemed so delicate and fragile sitting all alone. I noticed scars on her wrist when she lifted her burger to her mouth. Shit! I thought to myself. She was sad. I hated when anyone I knew or had seen is sad enough to harm themself like that. But... I understand the pain.

I approached her, heart racing at her beauty and as steadily as I could, I said "Hey, what's up?" She looked up from her video and her eyes travelled up my muscular arms and landed on my crystal green eyes. "I-I'm fine, thanks. Now that you're here," she responded then giggled nervously. I chuckled softly and she paused her video. "What are you watching?" I asked her. She told me that she was watching a fight compilation. I was stunned. The way she laughed, I thought it was a comedy. I asked her "Well I heard you laughing earlier, what was so funny?"
Then, she went in to great detail about the fight, in which two girls were catting- Where they were fighting but staying far apart and flailing their arms, and then another girl came through and knocked one out. When she showed me the video, I had to say I was genuinely amused.

While we were watching the video, I wondered,"What makes you want to watch fight videos?" Her head jerked up and immediately her face began to flush. "I-uhmm-I just like..." she began.
"You just like what?"
"Nothing,"
"No, you were about to say something. What is it?"
"I.. I uhm.." she looked me dead in the eyes, her eyes no longer ones that were warming and friendly. Her eyes were those of someone who had seen much more than they wanted to, and suffered more pain than they can bear. "I want to learn how to fight,"
