The Raid

Twenty minutes earlier ...

An unmarked FBI van remained parked in a wooded area near the southern border of Washington D.C. throughout the evening. A small satellite on the roof of the van spun around, hunting for signs of technological usage in an otherwise remote area. It was here, however, where the FBI strongly believed the mysterious van driven by the First Lady and the First Son's abductors was taken to, utilizing the footage of hundreds of cameras throughout the D.C. area to track the vehicle's route.
Inside the FBI van sat the bureau's director, the President, the Vice President, and the Defense Secretary. General Mattis kept the United States Army practically on speed dial, should Director Comey's hypothesis regarding Jeananne and Barron's location been proven true.
"We've been eyeing this fallout shelter for nearly 48 hours, Mr. President," said Comey, pointing to a black-and-white screen displaying a barely visible vault-like box concealed in the woods.
"Director Comey, sir," an FBI agent said, lifting his headphones from his ears, "I think we've found the van." A camera mounted on a small drone being controlled by said agent peered down at a van covered with tree branches and a tarp with dead leaves glued to it. The drone lowered itself down the supposed van's bumper, where only the lower half of the license plate could be seen. "The plate numbers match up, sir. Granted, I can only see the bottom half of the plate, but it's definitely a match."
"My wife and son are definitely here," Donald said with confidence.
"I'll call in the army," said General James Mattis. "We're gonna raid the fuck out of this place and find Jeananne and Barron."
"Hold on," Donald said. "Whoever took them wanted to screw with me. I want to go in."
"Mr. President, I cannot let you do that," said Comey. "The risk is far too great."
"With all due respect, Director Comey, I'm a businessman. Risk-taking has been my life, and I'll be damned if I choose not to take a risk to save my wife and child. Do you understand?"
"As you wish, Mr. President," sighed Comey.
"Well, let's get this raid underway, then!" Mattis said with enthusiasm.
"I think you ought to call in army reinforcements as a precaution, General," said Comey.
"Oh, right," Mattis said, realizing he'd forgotten his sensibility in his sudden bloodlust.

Within fifteen minutes, General James Mattis' army reinforcements arrived quietly at the scene, dressed in impeccable forest camouflage to conceal themselves better in the dark woods. What looked like a quiet thicket was actually a flock of soldiers armed with M16s closing in on the vault.
General Mattis handed President Trump an explosive charge. Donald hurled the charge at the door to which it magnetized itself, and a small red light flashed on it, indicating that it was ready to be detonated. With the press of a button, the fallout shelter's entrance was blown open. President Trump was handed an M16, and he and Mattis led the army and the FBI into the mysterious vault.
