One day when Spencer Reid was visiting his mother Diana Reid he met her. Who is 'her' you might ask? Well that would be the girl they call "Alice" though Alice wasn't her name, her name was Nova Bates.
And Nova Bates has schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder. She imagines all of Alice's friends from Wonderland. And they just so happen to be her alternate personalities. Which earned Nova herself the nickname of Alice when she was actually herself. Though the girl looked nothing like the strange blonde girl from Wonderland.

This story is based slightly around the Alice In Wonderland movies as well as the TV show Criminal Minds. And by that I mean it uses a few characters from the movie as Nova's four alternate personalities as well as scenes from the TV show Criminal Minds and the characters of the BAU team.
