Idk why I left, it was confusing for me. was I jealous, no I couldn't be Jake and I are just friends I have so many questions for my self. do I have feelings for him, do I wanna be more than friends, do I wanna go to prom with him !?? I was so curious
* After school *
I decided not to meet up with the boys and just go home and think about what happened today, but I still couldn't figure it out. Then a few minutes later I got a text from Jake.

Jakeyyy😛💫: are you gonna come over to study ?
Lissaaa💞💫: umm not today Jake, sorry
Jakeyyy😛💫: ohh that's alright.But what happened today, why'd you leave ?
Lissaaa💞💫: I honestly don't know.. ig I just got confused and left
Jakeyyy😛💫: okay well I'll see you tomorrow❤️

I couldn't stop thinking about what happened,
I had so many f*cking questions. I was afraid if I told Jake then he wouldn't understand. But he's my best friend, he'd always understand me.

After having a lot of things on my mind I decided to check how many weeks there are until senior prom.
There were 8 weeks left.
Then I said to myself " if the boys are gonna find girls to go with for prom, then I'll just go by myself. "
sometimes I feel like they don't want me or I'm useless, but I can't think like that cause Ik that I mean more to them than I think

Jake's P.O.V.
Alissa has been acting weird lately. She hasn't been texting me lately, she left really early at lunch yesterday, and she didn't come to school today. I'm getting worried about her, ik were just friends but I do love her.
But she'll never know how much she means to me, only Chance and Anthony knows.But love takes patients, and if it takes a long time for Alissa to love me then I can wait that long.
* Period 6 *
Chance, Anthony, and I were sitting in period six, and we were bored af.Usually when Alissa is here we all pass notes when the teacher isn't looking, but since Alissa wasn't here sooo..😂
* end of school *
It was finally the end of a Friday school day.Today was different without Alissa, So as soon as I got home I texted her.I only texted her at home cause I didn't want to be texting Alissa the whole time me and the boys were hanging out.
Jakeyyy😛💫: hey, Alissa I was wondering if you can come over and just chill like we used too ? But only if you want to.
Lissaaa💞💫: yea sure I'll be there soon.

Alissa's P.O.V.
I finally got to Jake's house.As I was about to knock on the door I figured that I should just be honest with him.
I finally knocked on the door, and Jake opened the door
" oh hey Alissa! " - Jake
" hey " - I said coming in the house
" why didn't you come to school today ? " - Jake
I figured he was gonna ask that.
" oh um, I'll get to the point but can we talk somewhere private ? " - I asked
" well I'm home alone, so yea " - Jake
We went to Jake's room.
* Alissa sighs * " okay, the reason I didn't come to school is because I had a lot of things on my mind " - I said with a little frustration
" like ? " - Jake asked concerned
" like why I had to leave so early at lunch when you said you were interested in someone " - I mumbled
" so you were jealous ? " - Jake asked
" that's the thing, idk if I was or if I wasn't " - I pointed out
" ohh " - Jake
Then we had a solid 2 minutes of silence, then we both looked deeply into each other's brown eyes. After a few seconds we both leaned in for a kiss, before I knew it his soft lips were on mine.
At that time I found the answer to my question, and that answer was ; that I had little feelings for him.
I then pulled away from the kiss.
" Alissa, I'm so sorry I- " - Jake said getting cut off by me
" it's okay Jake, were just like brother & sister anyways " - I said with a little laugh
OML DID I JUST FRIEND ZONE HIM !! ( I thought in my head )
" yea, soooo you wanna do it again " - Jake asked
I roll my eyes " Jake ! " - I kinda yelled
" to far ? " - Jake
" yep " - I said
" can we pretend this never happened and never mention this to Chance and Anthony ? " - Jake asked
" sure " - I said
Then all of a sudden..
