~Chapter 16~

~Start of Chapter 16~

"Good choice. Kinda suits you." He passed me the (W/O/C). "Why don't you use that on me?" I looked at him as if he's crazy- well I mean, everyone is crazy. "It's only a small test. Let's spar. Come on." I lifted my (W/O/C) and waited for him. "Wh-what's your weapon?" He raised a gun.

"G-gun?!"

"I'll go easy on you." He chuckled. I frowned as my ears flattened. I swung (or y'know, shot?) my weapon at him, to which he jumped aside and shot. I dodged and swung at him again, but this time, I used magic. "What the- when did you learn this?" My light quickly engulfed his gun, bringing it towards me. "When you were napping, silly." I grabbed it and pointed it towards him. "Ok ok. You win." I dropped the gun and grinned.

~After more hard training~~3:30PM~

We have just entered the mansion to another fight between Jane and Jeff. Knives were being flung into walls. People having to dodge knives. Really, it does make a great training mode. Hiromi ducked, the smallest amount of hair was chopped off. "Bwahaha!" I laughed, pointing at her.

She rolled her eyes and quickly moved out of the area. I sighed, walking into the kitchen cautiously.

I grabbed a mug and made hot chocolate for myself.

I looked out of the kitchen as the ruckus stopped. 'Hey (Y/N).'

"What Shad?" I placed a hand on my waist. 'Wanna try something?'

"Like?"

'I dunno, let's go to your room!'

She disappeared as I quickly ran to my room.

"So, what do you wanna try?"

'I was running through your memories when you were a little kid with Hiromi. And I retrieved this!' She pulled out a slightly faded book. "W-why is it faded?"

'Because its from your memory. It was pushed back all the way. It was kinda hard digging through and playing each one of them in my eyes.' I nodded. 'Anyways, its a spell book. The pages should be readable when you touch it.' I went ahead and grabbed it. It was true, it went bright and the words were readable. "Spells?" Shad nodded. 

'Open the book.'

I did as told and the book went bright, making me shut my eyes tight. 'It's suppose to happen.' The book stopped glowing and i looked at it. "Latin words?"

Shad nodded. "Is there one in Hiromi's?"

'Yea. There's two different books for you guys.'

I nodded. 'Let's try levitating.' I looked back to the book and said the weird looking words. I looked down to see light gathering at the bottom of my body, slowly lifting me up. 'It's working!' Shad exclaimed. But i quickly dropped as it was draining my energy. 'Huh?!'

"Sorry.. it took a lot of my energy.. we'll try again.."

~After many attempts~

"Finally!" I exclaimed, floating around in my room. "(Y/N) time for din- What the!?" I looked at the door to see Jeff with an open mouth. "U-uh, i can explain."

"Your not in trouble! That was awesome!" He said excitedly. "Now let's go for dinner!"
