Sasha's seventh birthday...
**Third Person POV**
A sad, blonde three year old sat on the porch of her house, in an emerald green princess costume as her best friend walked up to her and sat next to her.
"Hey Sash..." He muttered quietly as he sat besides her.
"Hey, Niall."
"... I'm sorry about your birthday."
"It's ok, I guess..."
"You are not." He said playfully in an attempt to lighten up the mood.
"Well I never get to have a birthday party. Mum and Dad are always 'busy'." She complained.
"Well, why not have one right now? Just the two of us?" Niall glanced at Sasha and she looked back at him.
"Really?"
"Yeah, why not?"
"... Ok!!!"

After setting up decorations made out of old newspapers and construction paper, Sasha and Niall threw a very small princess themed birthday party. Niall had even dressed up as a prince (which was a tux for special occasions and a plastic crown).
The two kids chased each other around the yard, got stuck in the big tree when they tried to pretend to climb a tower, and ate some snacks they found in the kitchen.
Sadly, the afternoon sun soon began to set and the "party" had to end.
"Goodbye, your highness." Niall said in a silly accent as he bowed.
Sasha giggled. "So now I'm an Irish princess?"
"Yeah."
"So what does that make you? A prince?"
"No, an Irish prince." He chuckled as he attempted to look handsome... well as handsome a muddy kid could be.
"Alright then, your highness. Till tomorrow!"
They both laughed and made their way inside their homes since they conveniently live right next to each other,

Right before Sasha went to bed, Sasha placed her plastic crown on top of her dresser, smiling as she reminisced of the day's events.
It was her first birthday party ever.
And the best one she could ever have.
Because she spent it with the one she couldn't care more about.
