THIS ONE IS SHORT AND SIMPLE....HOPE YOU LIKE IT!

imagine all of your friends have dates for the prom and you don't....yet.

"(y.n) come on please come to prom!!!" your best friends were walking with you in the hallway of your high school.

making it to your locker you put the combination in and said again for the hundredth time, "I don't have a date"

"you don't need one! come with us....we can go as friends!"

you gave her a look, "while you all have dates? I don't think so..." you shut your locker door and started walking again.

"ooo what about him?" one of your friends said, pointing towards a cute guy.

"I don't even know him!" they pushed you towards the guy until you ran into him. you jumped back, embarrassed and quickly said sorry.

he laughed, "don't worry about it."

you nodded getting ready to walk away but he stopped you. "what's your name?"

"(y.n)" you gave him a small smile.

"Justin. see u around?" you nodded slowly and ran back towards your friends giving them a death stare.

"I hate you guys....but love you at the same time.....HES CUTE!" you all laughed and were walking towards the from exit when a voice stopped you.

"wait (y.n)!!" you and your friends turned around and saw Justin coming towards you. "hey....I know we just met and everything, but....you want to go out sometime? maybe get dinner tonight?" he looked embarrassed and you couldn't help but smile.

"yeah. I'd love that." you exchanged number and then went separate ways. once he was out of view your friends started freaking out like normal. 

later that night you got a text saying he was here. you looked in the mirror one last time before walking out. you shook all the nervous thought that were going through your head.

once you made it to the restaurant you talked for what felt like yours and just laughed and told each other stories about yourselves. you didn't want the night to end.

"I'm glad we got to do this." you said smiling.

"me too" Justin replied and continued, "so....I heard you don't have a date to the prom?"

your heart beat just a little faster and you shook your head no.

"well....I know I'm not perfect....and I may not be your type...but I would be glad to take you?" he looked down and back up waiting for your answer.

after a few minutes you replied, "so does this mean I can call my friends and say I'm going?"

Justin smiled and nodded his head "yes!"
