Hey strangers reading this! My name is McCoy.
Ethan McCoy.
Now before I go into "storytelling mode" there is one thing to keep in mind the entire time.
I'm color-blind.
I can only see in Shades of Grey. Sad I know, but it's the truth. I've been this way since birth. Good thing is, you can't miss what you didn't have.
And... And there's this... girl. I see her face in all my dreams, but I've never met her in my life. In My Dreams, she's my best friend.
In my dreams, I've known her my entire life. She grew up in my mind. I knew her like the palm of my hand and she knew me. She was the only thing I had to a real friend.
Then I remember... She's not real. Oh, how I wish you were real.
Until one day, she was.
And in color. I couldn't believe my eyes! She sitting inside the ice cream shop I go to every Friday after school. I went eagerly thinking that it couldn't be possible. It was very much possible. It was totally her she had the looks, personality, and even the name of the girl in my dreams. Her name's Hannah Summers. I told her how I recognized her and she said it was the same way for her! She's even colorblind too!
Unfortunately, we found out later why we saw and grey and how we saw each other in color.
We have the ability to see ghosts. Apparently, everyone who is Gray is dead. They're all... ghost. Real ones. Hannah and I...we are the only ones alive in our entire small town of Bodie, California.
We lived in a ghost town all our lives and never even knew it.
Now the question is...
How do we get out?

Hey guys! Thank you for looking at my previous prompts I really appreciate it! I know it's been a long time since I've written one. Sorry about that. I've been pretty busy. I already have two songs for this story and I'm thinking of putting them on YouTube and showing it to you guys but it's more likely to be a musical believe it or not and I think it's going to turn out pretty cool so if you see a show like this it's from me!
