I know that I am updating early but I I needed to get this off of my chest

Trust is an amazing thing,
But it will only last so long.
I wish I knew who to trust,
But everything I knew was a lie.
I let you go so deep in my heart,
But you took my trust for granted.
I loved you from a distance,
Always watching,
Helping you through the hard times,
Never telling you mine.
But I am glad that you never knew,
You may read this but think it is someone else.
Because you don't deserve my trust,
You fed me lies,
And I believed them.
I will never know if you even remotely cared about me,
But what I do know,
Is that you lied.
You made me question who my real friends are.
