Orion was pulling at her arm, telling her to run; to get away.

"No, Orion. I'm not running anymore. I've done enough of that. Once and for all I'm putting an end to this madness." she stated.

"Are you sure Chione?" Orion sounded scared.

"Do I sound like I'm not sure?" she replied.

"Come and get me! I'm right here!" she shouted into the distance as she stepped outside.

Then the gunshots suddenly stopped. Silence overtook the vast countryside. All things must come to an end, she thought to herself. That's why she raised her compact Beretta and shot straight ahead.

She heard the footsteps of the Officials breaking the silence. It was getting louder each second. That's when the first one came into view. Chione was never the smartest one in the group, but she knew that this was dangerous. She knew it was not going to be easy to take them down. There was at least a dozen of them, and they were just two teenagers. One who was unstable mentally, while the other has one metal leg. Chione already knew she was going to lose. At least, she will go down fighting. It's, a shame that Orion might come down with her, though.

The men were quickly approaching the duo. One had already reached her, the others were not far behind. He was wearing a quartz suit with cobalt accents, her mother's favorite colors.

"Look Chione; I don't want to hurt you?" He spoke softly, but his voice was strikingly familiar even though she was sure she never met or personally knew any of these people.

"Do I know you?" she asked.

"You really don't remember me, do you? I thought what we had was real." Then he took off his mask.

It was him. Her brother, Her best friend. She thought he was dead, gone, never to be seen again, but here he was in the flesh, standing right in front of her.

His strikingly familiar silver hair matched his icy blue eyes. She was suddenly hit with a flashback, reminiscing about her childhood days after she became homeless.
