Lost...//DanTDM X Reader

As the sun started to take over the sky, the sky became a much bluer with a handful of clouds here and there. Today was the last day of the camp. We were leaving this evening.

Once we were fully ready, we started to dismantle the parts of the tent. As I reach to take out one of the poles, it slips out of my hands and the whole tent fell on me. I could clearly hear everyone giggling outside

"Hey!" I cried "Stop laughing and help me" I could hear mild giggling and footsteps coming towards me. The material was removed from my vision and I could see who it was (a/n- what even am i writing?!)

Dan

He put his hand out asking me if I needed help. I look up at him and smile, putting my hand on his. As he pulls me up, I slip on the cloth again and was about to fall on my back but luckily Dan still had a good grip on my hand. He quickly jerked my hand and pulls me closer towards him until our chests touch

The others who were undoing the tent were watching. "Awwwww" Jem said making Dan pull away suddenly. I pull my hair behind my ear in embarrassment. After a moment of awkward silence everyone got back to what they were doing.

Lizzie and Jem approached me. "what was all that about?" Lizzie asked tugging my sleeve.

I blushed

After both the tents were dismantled and packed we took one final round of the site. The nearby areas.

I was just admiring the birds with Dan and when he saw no one was around, he intertwined his fingers with mine and gave me a hug.

"I'm sorry for what happened earlier?" His voice was small and subtle 

"It's okay. You don't have to be" I reply with a smile.

"So um- should we go back?" I ask looking into his eyes

"Um ___.... I actually wanted to ask you something." Dan said, lightly clenching his fists.

"Sure, go on" I reply. My heart beat quickens with every second he takes to muster up courage for what he was going to ask. 

"___ ...will y-"

"Oi lovebirds!" Lizzie shouted from the distance

"We're getting late!" She screamed even louder

I look at Dan who had a sad expression on his face. I begin to walk and Dan follows

I had a rough idea of what he was going to ask but I can't be sure

I'm lit-ra-lee updating after 10485839204848 hours for the following reasons-

1. I have a shitload of tests coming up (pardon my language)

2. I have loads of work

3. There are many lizards in my house and I wanna shoot them all!!!
